Oh Paige, do you have any idea what a that man does to me with his southern accent when he calls her sugar? I damn near forget everything else that is going on the the story prior to. That and I have to stop reading so I can comprehend what comes after.
I could not help but giggle just a bit that when he left he did not go far. Actually I was glad he stayed nearby. His call to Jasper seemed to calm him considerably.
Loved how Bella continued to clean the closet as she spoke with Edward. Again I had to giggle as it is something I would do. I mean how is a girl going to hold her own when a man is obviously trying to apologize or "steamroll". Yes, concentration is the key. Ah but I am glad they made up.
I am 100% with Edward on the James front. He is just too damn creepy!

I loved the line, "I was even going to let them soak overnight and wait to put them in the dishwasher in the morning. I was growing." haha
As for getting the restraining order, besides 'he was standing there," why not that he threatened her infront of a whole room of witnesses, showing up at a place that there would be no possible way he would know of unless he was following her, etc etc.
I hope Edward doesn't go after James. It would be doing exactly what James would want. But, I can't imagine Edward leaving Bella alone. Even if Edward went to James house, who's to say that James was there? What if James went to their house and now can get to Bella? hmmm?

Bruce's proposition is an exciting one, but I don't think that's an acceptable sacrifice for Bella right now (even though she didn't ask me), whatever Jasper is hiding from Alice is probably something that will make her happy cause that's just the kind of guy he is, and James just needs to go. Since he actually isn't any kind of a threat, I don't propose painful, bodily harm, but I really do want him outta here.

True, Edward is changing basically every aspect of his life and that's got to be pretty jarring, even if he doesn't think it's going to be. Buying a house together is a very big thing and implies some kind of permanence. I hope this doesn't push either of them over the edge in a panic. We know Edward noticed Bella's accidental reference to her wedding, but what is he thinking??

If this isn't headed in the direction I'm thinking, then what direction could it be headed? I'm thinking that James set Bella up and Bruce is going to tell her to get back asap or lose her job, but maybe that's the predictible answer and he's going to tell her to take all the time she needs. Hmmm. Now I think that he's going to tell her to come back as soon as she can and he's going to fire James, and then James is going to try to get revenge on Bella by doing something terrible to Edward. Actually, I really have no clue.
