I know that you have a silly and insanely endearing big brother-ish need to rib Bella about her "boyfriend" vampire.  I expect it and it so wouldn't be the same if you didn't do it.  So thanks for being you.

But I must say that your caution in the diner when talking about the Volturi or whomever may be after our now favorite vampire [or at least mine] was unexpected.  Unexpected and so big brother-ish.  Cute, I must say.  Go bag yourself a grizzly for that one.

I do get the feeling though, that you know more than was said at the diner.  Holding out are we?

Cliffhanger like whoa -you are killing me!  But great chapter.  I am thouroughly addicted.  Glad I got good grades last semester because this one isn't going to go so great unless they decide to test on the various plotlines of fanfic.   

Anywho, I couldn't help but think of Bella reading in an English accent when she read Chaucer.  That was painful for me to read too - the movie "A Knight's Tale" so made it worth it though.  I love how they made Chaucer broke, silly and naked at the begining of the movie - hilarious.  And I digress.  Lo siento. 

So pacing is awesome and suspense?  Check.  I hope the antidote works, because I have feeling that senor vampire in the basement will be needing his strength to get away from whomever may be on the horizon [or top of the stairs for that matter].

Dude.. if there was a reward for a review that I've been waiting for, you'd get it.  The ENTIRE FUCKING TIME that I write and everytime I cite chaucer or the canturbury tales I picture it in old english.  and I wait. for someone else to picture it that way too. And sadly, no one does (or they don't make mention of it).

In my senior english class in HS we had to recite it in fake english accents and it was brilliant and hilarious and moderately embarrassing, and I just wanted Bella to have to go through it too.. I'm glad you're imagining it that way!

Vamp needs strength, truth.  It's coming, it's comin ;)

Oh, that was so good! I REALLY hope this antidote works! And now I'll be dying to know who is at the door!!! There is only one thing I am confused about. Unless I missedit somewhere back at the beginning of the story, how does Bella even know about vampires? Did she just figure it out? I can't wait for your next post!!

yeah.. you're cruel.. but I bet you already know that :P really, really hopefull that the antidote work and give him enough strenght to gain some awarness of the world and Bella..

personally I thing/hope he's able to absorb the world outside but something in him stops him from letting the others know that he's "awake"..

and do I think enemies entered the basement..? Maybe he only felt fresh blood?

anyway... how am I suppose to start a week while awaiting for that kind of an update?? ;-) it's killing me!

I do know that!

Unfortunately, even if the antidote worked, he won't get strength until he feeds.  Basically, the drug is just to stop the other drug, and once it's stopped he'll be able to get energy by eating - but he has to eat first. So.. yeah.
