Another brill chapter, truly captivating...I read a few  reviews that said the pace of the story is too slow...I have to totally disagree...as much as I am obsessively checking for update to find out what the hell is going to happen next...the pace is just perfection. If he'd have spoken after 4 or 5 chapters the story wouldnt be a strong, or as deep and the connection and trust between these two wouldnt be either!!

How did you come up with this idea???

I am trying to figure out what Alices secret is now, she said she saw Bella getting close to him, im thinking maybe see had a vision of a much paler, stronger Bella ;) ? Sqeeeeeeeeeeeee

The curfews are so frustrating!! Bloody Charlie, but hopefully he'll be better soon and can visit her at nights....ok now im getting ahead of myself again.

Well, I've just discovered this fanfic and I absolutely love it! (I've become a bit of a fanfic junkie of late.) Reading twelve chapters in a row was AWESOME but now unfortunately I'm down to the waiting game... one day I WILL learn not to read a fanfic unless it is finished!!!

I absolutley have to congratulate you on a few things (which I know have been said to you before) 1) truly original plot/concept, 2) no overwriting everything is so beautifully simple, 3) Bella isn't as annoying as she is in the books, and 4) I really don't intend this next comment to be at all offensive but... thank heaven someone knows how to utilise drafts and spellchecker, I can deal but spelling and grammar are my pet peeves and I'm so thankful I can read this story without any pain (there is another fic that I love but have to copy into word, edit, and then read it otherwise it drives me completely insane!).

Final comment. How do you deal with the sheer volume of reviews? After discovering I'd made it to the final chapter I spent 30mins flicking through your reviews to ascertain that the gap between this chapter and your last was 6 days, which means I have only 4 days or thereabouts to wait. Yes. It took sooooo long because I read nearly every one of those reviews, about 500, before I discovered how long I will need to wait for the next installment. I'm in awe that you respond to so many!

Haha, we're all fanfic junkies! Welcome to the party :P I'm glad you're enjoying this one, though! Thank you so much!

I love reading them all, but lately it's gotten overwhelming responding to them all! But I truly do read and practically analyze each and every review on both here and ffn! :) ETA for next chapter is Monday, BTW, so not quite 4 days :) And maybe it'll get out earlier, we'll see.

This weekend I should be go for writing, none of that RL garbage getting in the way the next few days :P

Man... been a hectic week and I am not even working!  You ain't kidding.... This is a full time job!

With all the rec's this week, my little fic is starting to take off and it's exhausting... not complaining at all... but I am experiencing a bit of the lack of sleep thing like you!

Even Aro, the leader of the Volturi, and effectively the vampire race, might have met his match in this vampire. I wouldn't be able to determine just how powerful he was until I learned the mechanics behind it, but there were endless possibilities.

Perhaps a little foreshadowing???  Hmmm..

 

It was then that I first realized that he towered over me.

GAH!  This did me in.  Just this one little sentence just totally did more for me than any description SM ever gave "Edward".  I just pictured what could be... once he's healthy a powerful vamp in all his glory!

 

I can't tell you how much this chapter gave me "that feeling" we talked about.  Right on the edge again... and you MADE HIM TALK!!  And it was a question!!  My heart completely shattered at his first words.  Just brilliant my dear.   Blowing us all out of the water in the AU genre. :)

You were the first person ever to wonder what his first words would be, way back on pg. 1 of the thread, and since then his talking has just escalated in this huge speculation pool and I was so fracking nervous that I wouldn't do him justice! But I've known since the beginning of time what his words would be, and (they might have changed a few times over the course of the first 10 chapters), but when I finally came to writing this one, I went back to the original.  So glad it seemed to not fail! :D

My thought is that -- In Eclipse she's able to get the res within a 15 minute frame, from the time she decided until she got there -- and Alice didn't see her, yanno? So that's my take on it :D

the bond Bella has with the vampire is soo strong already, cant wait for more!

Kick ass story! Completely going crazy wondering what Edward is thinking and hope that they get closer.

I'm getting really excited! I love that he's getting better. Also that the vamp seems to need Bella as much as she needs him. I guess Alice saw some of this. That's why she didn't share with the others lol. I can't wait to see how Bella and the vamps bond grows.
