I love this interaction between Edward and Alice, and the introduction of their unique style of communication. I also am really happy with your Alice POV.  She tends to skew all kinds of ways in fanfic, either hyper or shallow or worst of all, convenient for plot purposes, just as a foil to force brooding Bella and Edward into accepting good things...and makeovers. I thik I like your Alice more than the original canon, though you've taken all of the elements of canon Alice and allowed her depth to come out in this POV. She's got this really lovely quality to her in your writing- it reminds me of a complex champagne- rich and golden in flavor, but always infused with ebullience. I can't imagine that this was easy to write, unless you've got a knack for allowing a character to speak through you, instead of forcing the character to speak. My guess is that you have this knack, and I think you've done it really well.

I'm loving this story!!  I wish that you could update more frequently though. 

 

I knew it was humans b/c Edward had said in an earlier chapter that it wasn't other vampires, so I just assumed that it was humans.

 

You're doing a great job.....very interesting story....very captivating!!

I really loved this chapter! That Edward came downstairs just so he could be there for Bella's party! A nice party change from SM's party in the book! And I love that Bella knows she loves him! I just wonder how Edward is ever going to get stronger as he's so emotionally scarred from being in captivity. And I am trying to figure out who these humans were-maybe a government experiment? Looking forward to your next post!

Great chapter. I'm glad Edward spent some time with the family downstairs. Glad nothing bad happened at the party. (Yeah, yeah, New Moon got me paranoid). Loved this chapter. Despite the length, I still feel like it ended too soon. I think I'm just greedy. Can't wait to read more. Please update soon.

I loved that Edward was finally interacting more with Alice and the Cullens.  It was such a sweet and heartwarming chapter.  And he is talking more - yeah!  Thanks for such a wonderful chapter!

Sweet chapter.  Edward is coming out of his shell.  And Bella admits to being in love with Edward, and Edward already knows this through Alice's thoughts.  Does Alice now realize that Edward can hear their thoughts anywhere in the house.  He's been hearing everything.  I wonder what everyone was thinking during the birthday party greeting/embrace.  Edward had to be getting a mindful there.  And I wonder what he thought of everyone thoughts.  Can't wait to read next chapter, and find out the plan for the Volturi visit.  Will Aro come?

Ah, I loved it, I'm so thrilled Bella has finally admitted to herself that she loves Edward. Ha, and that Alice was thinking about it and Edward heard. It's so sweet he's all concerned for her, he loves her too, I know. I'm so glad you updated and can't wait for another update. I LOVE this story!
