i feel like i say the same thing everytime i review for each update. i freaking love this story and very much look forward to new chapters. this one was great, amazing, perfect, well-written, beautiful....i can go on and on. thank you.

This is by far one of my favorite fanfics.  Your story has great depth to it and I can see everything play out perfectly in my mind.  There is never a point where I feel I can take a break.  I too love your Alice.  She has energy...yes... but isn't a spaz.  I also like that the vampires don't have everything together in this instance and it takes Bella to get through to Edward and know what to do.  Keep up the good work... I look forward to more postings.  Oh and I love the OSU reference!

I love that Edward is feeling more comfortable in touching and talking to Bella. Alice was very patient and persistent in earning Edward's trust to get him downstairs for the party. The Volturi discussion was especially good since Edward asked Alice whether Bella would be okay. I must say Carlisle's care and affection for both Edward and Bella is wonderful too. I wonder what Edward was reading from him at the party.

Aaaahhh Michelle!!!  Evidently there is something majorly wrong with me and computers as I just had to have my third hard drive replaced and not 3 days later send the flipping thing back to Dell for a new mother board (and I don't even know what that is!!!)  I've been doing school work at the library like a 12 year old and suffering major B&E withdrawals!  But the bright side is that I get to come back to like 4 new chapters!  I really intended to review each of them but my impatience got the best of me, as usual!  So I'll compromise and do the last two.

I heart this story!  Mystery is not something you see very much of in Twilight FanFic and I'm not a mystery kind of girl usually because I just can't seem to make myself care who dunnit...but with this I really, really, really want to know!!!  And I totally had a "NUH-UH!" moment when he said it was humans.  That was absolutely a total surprise!

And I'm so happy with all their relationship growth and the baby steps have really brought them a long, long way.  So exciting.  And dancing, so cute!  I mean seriously.

Awww I loved this chapter. It was so sweet and light for a change. When Edward said, Happy Birthday" to her I almost jumped up and down on my chair. I think for a while I sort of saw him as kind of disabled in a way- not being able to understand or respond to normal stimulus. I just wish he would tell B who did this. oh, and I am delighted with your characterization of Alice. She still likes to shop and be exuberant, but you haven't made her an idiot, which is what I get form most fics, even the ones which try to stay canon.

Didn't Edward explicitly say it was humans at one point? Or am I just clairvoyant? Anyways, who cares. Really loved this chapter, michelle. I like seeing them both open up to each other a bit. And Edward-braving the rest of the family to be there for Bella's birthday party--so touching.

I liked that she mentioned him comforting her once they were back up in the bedroom. Like Carlisle and Esme, I think the E/B relationship is one of a mutual unlocking, and you've made that unlocking very *literal* here for Edward, but it's nice to get a hint that Edward really is providing something for Bella as well. I'm always for two-sided representations of all of this.

You did an excellent job with Alice in this chapter. I really enjoyed her surity of her visions, even as she struggled to make them a reality. I loved Carlisle's reaction when she said she might have company, and Edward looking at the photos on the staircase is a really nice touch. The Cullens would totally have photos on their staircase. I might steal that. No, I am going to steal that. (Whips out writing notebook)

Anyways, nice all around as usual. The art is cool. Isn't fan art just the bees knees? (Yep, rather than use old slang, I'm going to use REALLY old slang.)

Lastly...why do I suspect that despite the fact that on Bella's birthday, it would be the second, maybe third game of the season and thus not even a conference game, that somehow in your mind, it was the Wolverines that Emmett was watching the Buckeyes beating handily? :) (Although we did lose in '05, so I guess all's fair. Maybe Basementward would like Tressel for a little snack? I'd be happy to pay for his flight to Columbus.)

So.. he said he'd never met vamps, and about half the readers thought 'MUST BE WEREWOLVES' So I figured I'd spell it out, and they're still convinced it's werewolves. Shrug. Can't say I didn't try!

Yes, a lot of people have questioned the one-sidedness of the relationship to this point. I don't actually consider it all that one-sided, but we get to see the other side a little more in this chapter. Sort of works toward this dual-participation relationship that has been lacking just because.. Edward's been incapable of actually behaving in such a manner.

Fan art IS the bees knees! I was so excited when she pmed me, and then it was way beautiful, so I just couldn't resist pimping her drawings out. She has some wide awake ones too :)

I totally imagined them kicking Michigan's ass. You KNOW THEY WERE. Or wait.. maybe michigan was too busy getting their asses kicked by appalachian state? what what??? :)

Of course Bella loves him. Now he just needs to admit it to her! I knew it was humans. I think you said earlier that it wasn't vampires. Great story! Nice to see Edward with the family!

I absolutly love this story. I'm sad when i'm done reeading the chapter because it's over. I can't wait for the next chapter. so quite reading this and get busy writing. haha just kidding. Your writing is great. Hopefully Edward will progress more soon.

When he first said it wasnt Vampires and that he'd never seena vamp before my first thought was warewolves. Dont ask me why I just thought maybe they were trying to find more weaknesses or something! Im very interested in why humans had him and what they were doing. Loving the story! Very original!!

Have I told you how much I want to cuddle and prtotect Edward too?  There is (dare I say it) something nummy about this Edward that makes one want to hold him, cuddle him and give him tiny kisses all over!!!!  And turn vampire and kick thier asses...who ever thier asses are.  Speaking of that...I still think that or theorize that these humans must have either a vampire to help them or be shaft shiters like down at La Push...Would hate to think that it was them.  But maybe thier bitterness made way to get a hold of Edward to do experiments to try and kill them off or make them suffer....OK, please more ASAP...with an Alice pout and an Edward on top...PWEASE?
