“I won’t… I won’t hurt her. I won’t.”  Sounds like canon Edward coming out.  He never would want his life for her.  Especially after the horrific life he has had.  Edward will not change her.  Unless it is to save her, maybe.

Yay, he's getting better! Hmmm interesting about the syringe; is Edward contemplating ways of changing Bella?

This was nice - a way to introduce E to some of his abilities without being too cheesy.  I'm glad Alice was the one to do it; I can see their bond developing as well.  Hope Life calms down for you, and looking forward to updates!  Thanks for sharing.

As always this chapter is epic win!  I wonder if we will ever be seeing a chapter from EPOV!  I so hope so!

I love Alice and Edward's relationship unfolding here. Your pace is beautiful, a slow, deep river of story. Glad to hear that you'll have more updates soon!

Ah, so a syringe was used to administer the venom to Edward.  Still brings up the question, where did they get it?  How long have they held vampires in captivity?  Who would have been first?  What was the reson?

So, they're shipping Bella off when the Volturi come!  What a good idea.  However, I seriously doubt that will fully protect her.  I'd imagine, with Alice's vision that she will be changed, that should appease them the same as it did in NM?  I do hope you plan to cover their visit from the POV of one of the Cullen's so we know what's going on.  Will we even hear from Bella?  Maybe what she's up to while in Florida?  Will she be in contact with Alice?

As usual, you answer a couple questions while causing a million more to appear!  You are truly gifted.  I love how you write, and how you maintain the suspense.  I know you thought this was transitional, but it showed growth (how great was Edward running?), a build-up of trust (going with Alice, asking about her visions, Carlisle coming to check on them), and the sense of Edward's growing feelings for Bella (concern over her being changed).  I love it!

I'm so glad to see an update! I hope RL hasn't been too much of a bear for you. Can't wait for more!

I like this.  The family dynamics are changed, but there are still similarities.  I can't wait to discover what else is changed in your AU.
