I have very pecific standards to what I read fanfictionwise... I only read AH because I find it pretty much impossible to write realistically something one doesn't have actual experience with... and I read more mature (AKA smutty) fics, because if I'm going ti spend time reading about characters that people want to toy with, I might as well live vicariously through them. XD

That said... I've had people rec'ing this story to me left and right for quite a while, and as I procrastinated responding to reviews for my newest chapter (lol) I needed somethign to do besides WORK on the next chapter for once... And I saw this. And I saw the banner and I'm like "Wow... she used THAT for the banner? I guess I can start reading, and if I don't like it I can walk away..."

And now I have to say I'm a bit peeved because I really like where this is going! I'm intrigued! And I like the vamps here, and the buffy reference, and Bella knowing about their secret from the start instead of dragging on and on until she found out... So yeah. The very concept of the story is amazing, your grammar is impeccable, and I'm hooked. Thanks a bunch for helping me with my procrastination needs, love. ^.^

Edward is so cute. I love this Edward and Bella. I was sitting there reading  begging her to peck his lips. Poor things they just don't know what to do.

I loved the interaction between Edward and Alice. I'm sure he is learning at vampiric speed - we don't necessarily see this because of his hesitance to talk. Reading minds will give him a more balanced perspective of what goes on around him.

And yes, I am a bit terrified for Aro's visit. But also looking forward to it.

Hi Michelle I'm REALLY enjoying your vampire in the basement story. It's not predictable in anyway and i have a few ideas on some things so i might message you and see what you think. And the only reason i say that is coz i'd HATE for you to run into a wall and stop writing chapters. i really want to see what's going to happen. thankyou keep writing i'll be reading =)

Another great chapter.  Thank you so much for your willingness to share your story with us all.

Loved the growing interactions between Edward and Alice.  It's inevitable that they will come to love each other like siblings, but it's very interesting to see their relationship blossom.  

Also loving the budding relationship between Edward and Bella.  It's such a fun twist to see them in reversed positions (somewhat) Edward as the shy and scared one, and Bella as the strong and somewhat confident one.

Can't wait to learn what actually happened to Edward, but I'm going to practice patience, I know it will be worth the wait.

That was a fun chapter.  It is like he is doing vampire physical therapy.  I hope E & B have some progress before anything scary happens.  Maybe a little kiss?

I guess the Volturi should be arriving soon.  I'll hold out hope they are noncanon and end up being on the good team.  The evil scientists that tortured a vampire into needing a blankie deserve a round with the Guard. 

Don't apologize. The wait was well worth it. I just love this story and I will stick with it to the end!
