i love this so much.  thank you for not giving up on this because that would be so unfortunate to everyone who's started.  i've seen this rec'd everywhere; it's nuts, but it's just another way of confirming that i've picked an amazing story to invest my time in reading...and waiting for. ;) because i will; i'll wait this story out for as long as it takes for you to complete it.  brilliant work!

You don't know how happy I was to see an alert for your story in my inbox today!  I literally squeeed AND clapped my hands!  I'd read your story just a couple of months ago, and it was done all in one sitting.  Though I should've left a review or even a comment on the thread, I never did, because I didn't want you to feel like I was one more voice pressuring you to finish your work.  I knew that in good time you'd get back to it, and I'm so glad that you did!  I'm sure that you have quite a bit more than four folks wanting to read what happens next.  Just for the record, you've got little old me in your corner.

I don't think the chapter was too graphic at all.  Incredibly sad, though.  I think my favorite part of this chapter was how Bella actually gave thought to what it would cost her to give up her humanity, without the prompt of a love triangle, teehee!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! That was a great way to come back from hiatus. This chapter provided a lot of answers and created new questions. I really enjoy that about this story. Edward's ordeal at that lab was horrendous. I am amazed that he survived it and wonder if the Cullens are still in danger from that mad man that Edward described. To think he ripped his own flesh trying get rid of that device utterly breaks my heart. Wow!

This is my absolute favorite story.  You are so talented.

It was wonderful, it made me cry. I love this story and just rec'd it to a friend, telling him how deeply I missed this. This was my Tuesday afternoon read every week for so long.

Great to see you have posted again.  I just love this fic and I bet more than just 4 of us are excited!!  THis is a really good chapter and no not too dark. I kinda suspect that you could have made it even more graphic.   Edward was so broken that we knew that something big had happened.  What could damage a vampire that much???  It was so good to see Edward finally revealing a little more of himself and his past.  How awful and heartbreaking was his imprisonment!  I am anxious to find out more details.  

But my favourite part of this chapter was the trust Edward showed in Carlisle.  I was so happy to see him reach out and have faith that Carlisle would look after Bella.  Its these small steps in trust which will help heal him.

Looking forward to the next chapter.

I couldn't believe my eyes when I got the update notice.  I was so happy.  I love this story, but I also understand when real life happens....so I was being patient.  I'm glad to know that it wasn't forgotten.  Welcome back and thank you!!!!!

Read this yesterday on FF but had to review over here where I have an account. I'm so glad this was updated. This story is so inventive and interesting. All the revelations from Edward have just added to the mystery of who took him, how he got out, why he got out, and whether the others they were holding captive were also vampires. I really hope this gets some consistent updates in the future. Just because its easier to follow a story that keeps itself fresh in my mind. Love the E/B progress too.
