I love lots more E and B... I hope to see more soon... I was wondering when you would update as I missed this story so much. Seriously, it's one of the best ones that I've read in a long while (in terms of content and style... There are a lot of good 'fluffy' stories but so few that are well written and deal with the harsh realities of life). Thank you.

I loved Edward's revelation about his feelings for Bella. I love Edward and Bella chapters, but I think it was important for Edward to discover his true motives for wanting to be around Bella and Alice was just the right person to get him to that place.

I am trying to allow my brain to function – I just read the story and am totally and utterly speechless. This story really touched me in a profound way.

The emotions behind the words and the feeling from the words are just ... just...just.

From the way that the story has progressed it could almost be read from a victims Biography. The fact that it is always drilled in to you that if you are raped the first thing you have to do is go to the police but what if you are afraid of the police there is almost no sane explanation to not go to the police but there is a 99% chance that they have no idea of what you are going through – ppl always try to empathize with you – I know how you feel, its ok, you will be ok, its going to be fine, I’m here for you but unless you have lived through such and event those words mean very little and you can never know what its like or what it feels like some times you just want to kill the next person who even thinks about saying the words ok, alright, I know.

It’s always the strongest that fall the hardest and the 4 small insignificant words that Edward said can almost be enough to pull you through it all with the support of the person saying them.

it's very scary to think about things like this happening. A friend of my a few years back went through something similar, except I tried to play Edward's part. In this case things didn't work out as well. i don;t talk to that person anymore. I found that she used her pain to her advantage. She never wanted to get help, for a year i walked around with her burden trying to think of ways to help without betraying her, without making her hate me. I had one person who helped me through it and I will always be grateful for what he did. But I got tired of hiding her secret, of dealing with pain every day when she wouldn;t do anything about it herself. I sometimes feel like I failed her.

So this story kind of hits home. I understand Edward. I like how he is actually doing bella some good. I cant wait to read more.

Okay, typing through tears here, so please forgive any and all typos.

This was so beautifully written, and so hard to read.  Knowing the pain she was feeling, and reading as Edward had the confirmation of his fears for the first time was heartwrenching.  He was so afraid of hurting her further, only wanting to bring her peace.

I loved Emmett.  The way he was willing to put aside his own personal wants to care more about Bella as she lay crying in Edward's room  His not-so-subtle reminders of the guy Edward used to be, and yet his willingness to put that all aside as he realized that Edward was only trying to care for Bella.  He's going to be another one who will be out for blood when/if he finds out what happened, as well as needing to be restrained when/if he finds out who did it. 

I'm really looking forward to the next chapter, to find out what Edward does.  Does he recommend her talking to Esme?  Does he try to find out who did it?  When it happened?  He knows what night it was, will he put the pieces together, and try to figure out which frat brother was responsible?  He will be all about vengance at the moment, and I would love to have the rapist have to answer for his crime, even if he was drunk.

Okay, now i'm confused. Bella is in her junior year right? Did the rape happen her freshman year or the other night at the party? Other than that, great chapter!
