There was a grave sincerity in all of the characters in this chapter. The emotion from each of them was felt. I like Alice, but in a way I want to choke her. lol

Seeing as how they all have no experience treated the matter at hand, they're going about it the way that they think is best for a girl they've known for some time now. Who knows where it will go from here.

I think Edward is very genuine and caring in his approach, and he's not pushing as hard even though he wants to. If Bella ever reveals to Edward who did this to her, he is going to go apeshit.

Anyway, another good heartfelt chapter and I can't wait until this story gets moving along.

Great! this is a very good story. Well thought out and well planned. I am a little ticked at Bella though. I dont know if I understand why she is running from Edward. I think you're trying to hint at her being afraid of a relationship and being hurt ?!?! But ... I guess I shouldn;'t be talking. I have never been in her shoes so I cant judge. But I am very excited for there to be more E&B interactions. I think it is time that she heals and he does as well. I love this story and I love you for thinking about it and writing about it for us! Thank you so much and I hope you write again soon !

I apologize.  Normally I include this in my Author notes, but forgot this time.  I have a companion fic on Fanfiction.net titled Stages: Bella's Journal.  It is strictly journal formation and it does give some insight as to her thoughts and behaviors.  I recommend reading it.  It truly does help with the stages story.

I just found the story last night (I keep telling myself I'm not going to add stories to my list, but I couldn't resist).  This is very good.  You're doing a great job with Edward's and Alice's characters.  I loved your description of the different attitudes for each year of college.  I remember going through that, too.  I hope you can update soon.  I can't wait to see how Bella acts around Edward, now that her secret is out.  Does she know that Edward knows about her crush?

I enjoyed seeing Alice and Edward make up.  Bella needs the people she cares about to be friends as well.  It will make things easier for her.  I really enjoyed how Alice helped Edward to see what he was really feeling.  His analysis of his feelings will help move their relationship along.

Emmett really is a good friend.  Sometimes just having someone beside you is enough.

Wonderful chapter!  I love that Edward is starting to realize he has real feelings for Bella and wants to take care of her.

Fav line is "Ten minutes too long when you've just realized that the person you want to see is no longer just a friend in yor eyes" :) awwwww*

I also loved how After Bella left his room saying she wantedt to go home he wanted to blurt out you are home *sigh* and the way he tried to hold the pillow and re-enact how Bella felt in his arms but the pillow was a complete let down in comparison to the real thing :D

That Boy will kill me with sweetness.

And Em is so adorable and caring *sigh* lol

LOL @ Alice threatening to kick Edward's ass if he hurts Bella, that was funny:D

wonder whether there was a book and/or Bella was just not quite ready to face Edward again after the evening they'd had :)

Good to see Alice and Edward reconcile and Alice carefully reminding Edward to think about his feelings and Bella's as he tries to help her.

If you are interested, I have a companion fic posted on Fanfiction.net called Stages: Bella's Journal.  It gives some insight into Bella's mind, but beware.  It is written in pure journal format and could be hard to follow if you haven't read Stages.  I also post to the journal after stages.  It helps with the continuity.
