I'm a new reader and I know I still have lots more to go but I had to stop and review. This chapter was priceless! Hilarious!! I loved it. Poor Edward going around town with people including the object of his affections thinking he's gay! BTW for some reason the word "Mine" is suddenly the sexiest word in the english language and I think it might have something to o with this story.

As much as I loved the last chapter and Edward finally realizing he couldn't let Bella go, this chapter is perfect. I found the conversation between Rosalie and Bella so realistic. Much more so than canon actually.
I really like how the end of the chapter moved. Bella's questions about hair and resulting discussion and discovery with Edward and Rose. It's very nice to read a scene with Bella's thoughts being accepted and discussed intelligently.

I really liked that Bella had a hand in solving the mystery and that she and Rosalie have a chance at a relationship. I always thought it was odd in New Moon that given her relationship with Edward, Rosalie could not accept why Bella would want to become a vampire.

Out of context, the way they discover what happened to Alice before her transformation is kind of funny; a conversation about hair. But in the story, it's absolutely brilliant. Really.
And I love that Bella kind of backwards-ly solved what went down, and she doesn't even know it. In most stories, Bella is magically hit by a realization of what happened and become the hero, but I like that this is so much more realistic, because she is a human, and while she's not dumb, she's definitely not as fast as a vampire.

Well that could be slightly embarassing! There really is no secrets between that family, but how could Rosalie see Bella's bruises?
I like that you drew the parallel between Alice's short hair and her past. It was even better that Bella came up with the realization - it helps cement her place in the family!
