Totally GREAT chapter! Very cool - how Edward is realizing his lust as a man for Bella may be even greater than his lust for her as a vampire - with the great way you've written both of them, she is just what he needs in this fic! I also love the rescue - how circumstances force Edward to close the gap between him & Bella that he might never have had the guts to if he hadn't been forced to in order to save her life. Now, of course, since they're deciding to stay in each other's lives, Bella is going to start having questions Edward doesn't want to answer & noticing things about him he doesn't want her to know. Can't wait to see what happens next between these two. Please update soon! You're doing a fabulous job.

I liked this chapter! I didn't want it to end. I loved that he broke his icy stance for a moment to save Bella and that he realized that his urge was to keep her safe, not eat her. I assume that you are going to tell us later on how Victoria and James realized that Bella was special. DIdn't they just meet in the bar? I do wish that Edward had maimed Victoria just a bit. She did almost eat the object of his obsession!
