That was such a nice story about the Pollack painting. Also, I like having Alice and Jasper around because it makes me feel good that Edward isn't so alone. So does Bella really think he's gay or is she just telling herself that?

Tee Hee, this was the best chapter ever. It made me totally laugh out loud (and earn eye rolls from my teenage son in the next room) at least twice. Say it... out loud. Gay??!! hahahahahahahaha!!
And the perfect sum up of Edward: "My real secret--that I was an eternally frozen seventeen year old vampire who kept up a charade of normalcy by posing as the CEO of a multi-million dollar corporation--was beyond horrific. Add on the fact I had a side job of fighting crime and tracking bad guys during my long, endless nights, and things became absurd."
Absolutely Perfect.

First, I love Bella's newest description of Edward "if Superman had OCD and was a pain in my ass.” Too funny! This chapter did so much to move their relationship to a new beginning and it's so cool to see Edward wanting to embrace his human side for her. Does Bella feel this kind of deep attraction to him yet?

Whoa, that was so intense! I love that he swooped in to save her like the fabulous secret vampire superhero that he is and then went back into her apartment while she was sleeping.... You give this story such a faulous dimension by putting it into a different setting and making the characters older. I love it!

Well, I'm glad Edward is feeling some sense of purpose protecting people. I still think Bella is pretty darn funny and it was only a matter of time before she attracted the attention of another predator (Victoria........)

I'm so glad I read one more chapter before stopping..... Yay to Jasper for breaking the news to Edward that it was lust and not hunger that he was feeling (he really is clueless, huh?). That's funny about the shirt too. I like Bella's spunk (and I don't think I've ever referred to someone as having "spunk" before, so this is a first). I'm happy also to see Alice in the story now. You write great characters!!!

So Edward kind of is like Batman in his secret gadget-filled cave, solving the problems of the world, huh? He really is getting possessive about Bella, and secretly watching her while she works... next thing you know he'll be sneaking into her room to watch her sleep (ha ha). He seems like a good person at heart (I know... not a person and no heart), and stuck in kind of a hopeless existance. I'm bummed that I have to take a break from reading now because I really love this story!!! It's very addicting.

I'm smiling as I write cause this chapter was so fabulous!! Edward certainly is a very very interesting character! I wonder what happened in the past to make him so controlling and paranoid, and when he unexpectedly thought of Bella as his.... WOW!!

That was so intense!! I really loved reading Edward's POV and watching the way his mind worked while he was trying to figure out everything about Bella and yet resist her at the same time. Also, I'm so curious about what he needed to go to Forks for and why he doesn't appear to be close to his family. Seriously, this is brilliant.

Well, Edward is definitely an interesting character and I don't know quite what to make of him yet. He is definitely obsessive and leads a very drab life, it seems - very boring and monotonous. I have a feeling things may be changing soon :) So what does he do to go out and satiate his cravings?? That certainly sounds ominous. (I'm really loving this!!)

Wow - this is a great premise and super intriguing so far!! I really like Bella's impression of Mr. Cullen based on the outgoing PA's description as a "reclusive, obsessive-compulsive, vintage clothes wearing and special diet eating, boss." I can't wait to see where you go with this!

I love this story! You need to update it soon.
I like the way that you incorporated many of the elements from the books [namely Twilight and New Moon] such as the army, but that James is still here, and after Bella.
I really can't wait to see what happens next!

Oh DROOL! He can unzip my hoodie anytime. you have given birth to a God and his name is Sexward. I'd love to idolize him some more but you'll have to give me another chapter first. Please, I'm not above begging. Love the whole Bella works for Edward thing, not usually my first pick but you pulled it off with style, now I want MORE. Love how you added his whole family in, and the whole 'gay' thing, I can so see Eddie doing that to protect his nature. Please more, this fic is my crack.
