Their earlier conversations, when they were new to each other, were all misunderstandings and lack of communication. And they are still there. They've never managed, he's never managed, to get across that he actually likes her and isn't just fucking her (well maybe asking her on the one date); he has never seen that his reputation for not dating, not being with one girl, would affect her and how she thinks of them together.
But now this is just getting silly. All this would have taken was him saying, "Wait, let me explain. I don't want to take her. I really do want to go with you. She's blackmailing me for the zip drive I told you about." See? Easy? And there is no reason he can't still have that conversation, although I imagine he won't so this can be painful and awkward. He could talk to her at her house after school, call her. He needs to clear this up and it would be so, so, so easy. There is really no reason not to. He understands what she thinks now and I'm going to think a hell of a lot less of him if he lets her suffer like this.

Now, my cousin and I read this story as soon as the chapters are updated...however my cousin read this chapter and warned me that it does not end well so I think i'll wait until the next chapter comes out to read them together. She was telling me about what happens and I can only say I really really hope he makes a fantastic comeback. The angst is killing me and I didn't even read this last chapter lol. I totally will but I want to wait until hopefully some resolution.

Oh that was so unbelievebly sad! NO EDWARD you are such a dickhead! When will he EVER deserve a girl as unbelievable as Bella??? When I ask you?? (when will you update this again, maybe then he will deserve her!) Why didn't he just come clean and tell her about Tanya and what she asked, then Bella would have happily schemed and come up with a plan for them to thwart that skank...I just don't get all this angsty, not being honest, still loving Bella, crap!! Is Edward that fuckin' stupid?!?!? Well, is he!?!?!?!?! He let her go. I mean, what the fuck!! (lol yeah, I understand it was for the plot) but STILL aarrrggg
He better fuckin' fix this! I think he should forget the fuckin' songs. THere's something more important out there and if he's not careful, he'll gain some empty songs that sound wrong when he sings them and lose his reason for singing all together.

Just discovered Tropic of Virgo. Its FANTASTIC!! I love it. I have to admit though I constantly fight the urge to want to SMACK Edward and Bella and tell them GROW UP and Pull your sh*t together. Its f'kin annoying when they are so self-absorbed and emo all the time. At least the Cullen crew are up front, 'specially Rose and Jazz who call it like it is.
Now the chapter. Cool chapter. Wow, that Tanya twist came up unexpected. Edward is a shmuck for not just telling Bella why he has to take Tanya - I mean how thick can you get. I'm just about ready to say Bella ditch the shithead, at least Eric Yorkie doesn't run like a rollercoaster (and this from a die-hard Team Edward groupie - shaking my head exasperatedly). Poor Bella.
Can't wait to see what happens in the next chapter. Post soon....

I must say this is a very interesting Tanya... was she once in Bella's shoes just as scared and vulnerable?... and did that boy unknowingly toy with her heart?
I hope Edward sees who really is to blame and asks Tanya for forgiveness and at least realises that he has to say the words out loud for them to have meaning.
Maybe Bella will decide to be the woman she needs to become in order become Extraordinary. She has to because if she doesn't she'll be better of as a groupie girl looking for a trophy fuck.. at least they are what they want to be and they don't get heartburn like Bella.
The girl must be feeling all-time low right about now...hmm will she bring her sun to help her through the darkness and maybe he'll light a fire under Edward.... or maybe Alice will take it upon herself to burn him (sigh.. a girl can hope can't she?!)
