Ok, I must say that I absolutely love this story!! Now.....down to business!! Will Edward and Jacob ever rekindle their friendship? Will Billy finally listen and take down the dam or will disaster have to strike before he listens? Maybe a forest fire? What about James? That dude is so not right!! I know there is something rolling around in his depraved head.......I just have no idea what in the hell it could be! Does he want Bella for himself? Will he come between Bella and Edward by enlisting Jake's help? I so need more!! please update again soon!! I can't wait to see what happens next!!

Just found this story and I'm loving it! Such a great story idea - the Bella/Edward interactions are really sweet. I can't wait to read more!

By the way - your writing style is incredible and really a pleasure to read. Just thought I'd mention that - I've read a lot of stories that have a good concept but are hard to read. I'll definitely be waiting eagerly for the update.

I am so happy to see this updated. It is one of my favorite stories and is so sweet. I am looking forward to seeing that will happen from this point now that these two are courting officially. :-)

The words "We have time" make me think that there is something that will interupt the love fest. I hope not, but then that won't make for interesting reading. I would be happy reading about these two just being happy because it makes me happy.

OMG! You would not believe how incredibly excited I was to see an update on this story! I mean, I completely understand how real life and writers block and stuff gets in the way of writing and posting, but I missed ODOW soooo much! Thank you so much for not giving up on it! I don't even care that it was just a half a chapter, it was just great to read some more of Westward!

And ohmigosh it was so incredibly sweet when he told her about Carlisle asking Charlie's permission for Edward to officially court Bella. I'd really like to see how that conversation went; I can just imagine how awkwardly sweet it was, not to mention with just the right dose of humor (and Rosalie!) added in there!

Thanks for the update. I know it has been a while, but good things do take time... (smile). I love this chapter because it shows the growing in their relationship but also because of the beautiful descriptions. I love storms and watching them, so this was a chapter that I really did click with. Keep up the good work.

I think that I either missed the last chapter or have completely forgotten it (which I highly doubt), but anyway, I enjoyed the last two chapters very much. I love the connection that Edward and Bella have!
