I know officially.. love Mike Newton

In my opinion, this "fanfiction" is far better than the original story.  You have been able to harness the tension of the Edward-Bella-Jake triangle and make it work in a way that makes much more sense than in the original series.  

Bella needed to love Jake and leave him in order for me to believe her relationship with Edward.  I always felt that Stephenie Meyer rushed them into a marriage like state before Bella truly weighed her options or her feelings.  For Bella it was love at first and for Edward it was love at first smell, but they never really go any deeper than that. Your story allows Bella to resist both Edward and Jake for enough time to find herself before committing to the Cullen’s lifestyle. 

Having Jake attack her after learning of her feelings for Edward was a genius move and Edward’s response was perfect.  It was the ideal catalyst through which Jake and Edward’s roles can reverse.

I love how strong your Bella is and how desperately she is trying to fight Edward off.  What he said to her in the woods was horrible (but his motive was so typically Edward) and he should have to do some major repair work to gain her trust again.  Make Edward have to really work to win her over!

I also love your interpretation of Alice.  She seems much more grounded and in tune with her gift and yet also more sisterly in how she is meddling with her brother’s nonexistent love life.  I hope to see more of her mischief. 

No matter what, you have already taken this storyline and turned it into something much more compelling than it was.  The characters words, thoughts and actions are more convincing. I can’t wait to see where this story goes from here.  thank you.

I was actually crying from this chapter. I tend to get tired of Bella's whining in other stories but not this one. Her experiences (minus vampires, dogs...) just seem so real---her pain----it is just so well written.

i have read my fair share of the stories posted here on twilighted. and for some reason i never chose to read this one. but today i was scanning though the top 10s and figured i would give it a try. to say i was not disappointed would be an understatement. of all the things on my list of things to do today, reading all 31 chapters was not on it. but like a can of pringles i just couldnt stop reading and my day was appropiately reshuffled.

IVO has been amazingly thought out and beautifully executed. i look forward to reading more.

That chapter was incredible. I have to say I loved Bella's informing E of her discovery more than the actual book. This is just so good!

I've just read this story from the beginning to  the end of this chapter all in one silting.  I literally could not stop, it is so good.  You had me laughing out loud at parts, and seriously in tears at other parts.  This is definitely my favorite twilight fanfic. Thank you so much for writing it. I can't wait to read what happens next.
