Well I want to say this really was not rape. Now it was not ideal but she did consent to it. It was afterall with her partner that she would have chosen.  It was not ideal but she went forward to live.

 

I hope you update often. So many start and never finish or update ever so often and the reader forgets the story.

IMHO, it *IS* rape, and Aro is the perpetrator, on both Edward AND Bella.  and yes, it could have beenmuch much worse.

 

I started the story in 2009, and it's been on hiatus for over a year, stuck on ch21.  i have finally finished it, but recently pulled all the existing chapters and re-edited them and finally got a beta!  i am re-posting the old chapters hopefully 2-3 a week as long as my beta can keep up with me.  it should be posted complete roughly by this August.

oh I don't know about this. I can not stand harming children. If that is what Aro plans on doing. Perhaps not but he is so awful.

It has been so hard remaining patient for this story to finish; you were so close!  I look forward to the continuation.  I do have to ask, though, if the story is finished, why the long wait?  I will also review on ff.net, but it's possible I reviewed it the first time around.  We'll have to see.

Hi bb -

cant thank you enough for sticking with me - you've been one of my most loyal readers.  it took me forever to finish in the 1st place frankly becasue i just lost my mojo and momentum.  the longer it took to get back in the groove, the harder it was to stay in the right frame of mind to write the culminating scenes.  when i finally came back to work on it, i discovered many many things that bothered me in the early chapters and i wanted to properly edit and beta the entire fic.

if i was going to mess with re-editing the entire thing, i wanted to pull and re-post.  it seemed to make sense since i figured my original readers would probably go back and re-read from scratch anyway, since the hiatus was over 18mos.  this way, they get to read all the freshly betaed work along with any new readers that come along for the ride. My beta is working in batches, but i dont want to overload her or get ahead of her.

i am hoping to post 2-3 chapters a week, so it will take about 2 months at least for all the chapters to post, hence the August estimate for completion.

I read this eons ago and then lost touch with the story. And I believe it was here on Twilighted because I did not kown ff net at the time. I am sure I reviewed too. What happened? why are you reposting?

Hi Camilla!  The story has been unfinished, on hiatus, since August of 2010.  Earlier this year, i began re-editing all the existing chapters as a way to kick my own ass into finishing it.  A few weeks ago, I pulled all the existing chapters and am re-posting the edited and betaed versions.  The final chapters have been completed and will be posted by the end of August.

Holy shit! That was one of the most disturbing and agonizing things I've ever read! It was also extremely well written. It was like watching a terribel car crash, you really don't want to look but you just can't help yourself.

great start!! i really enjoyed it even tho it was pretty sad and horrifyingly humiliating for e&b! i got onto this story thru an authors rec and am conflicted about reading b4 it's completed as i normally would. anyways i will see! awesome start tho!
