I like the concept of Bella truly thinking Edward didn't like her. Didn't she ever hear the old adage when a boy really likes a girl he teases, pushes, and torments her all the time. Which is what Edward did always using innuendos, smart aleck remarks, and anything else he could to get Bella's attention. When he found out she was hurt and knew where to find her, he went to her to give her comfort. Talked with her let her release the pain. She confided in him personal things she never told anyone. They each knew each other forever as children. Bella was always around with his sister. Edward was always around with her brother. Edward just let his feelings come forward towards her. Only in private and then they started dating. Bella the good girl with the school's man whore. Edward's motto use him and leave him. But at least he's sorta a gentleman he tells the girls upfront no commitment, no strings, no ties, just together for mutual enjoyment only. Which is what Bella is waiting to hear from him. He hasn't told her that because he loves her. When they were playing 20 questions and she told him what Alice said. His reply was to listen to Alice. He told her what Alice said was correct. He has told her twice verbally that he loves her. The sexual tension between the two is palpable to everyone around them as well as the reader. Edward is trying to show Bella he adores her for her. Not for just sex, for them together as a couple. Noble to the max. Trying to be everything. Knight in shining armor when she needs protection. Friend when she needs comfort. Romance to show his feelings and devotion. Funny and sarcastic when she needs to laugh. Both are enjoying themselves completely. Halloween up next, but they can't spend the night because of Charlie. Disappointment. But with having a party that night at their house liquor does strange things to people. Edward might lose his self control and rush things according to his plans. Alice predicts they'll be married in 5 years. Interesting looking forward to the remaining story.

I love this story! Edward and Bella are so cute! I really love your Edward. Why can't he have sex with Bella though...is it something serious that's stopping him. I love that Emmett is so open about talking to Bella. Is Jasper coming soon? Please update soon!

Yay! They're together. The way they fell asleep is so cute! If I had been Bella though I don't think I would have agree to dance with Jacob. He had been such a douche. Can't wait to see where this goes.

Great chapter! Edward is definately a smooth bastard. Giving her a rose, walking her to class, calling her beautiful...*sigh*...its so sweet. I love that she kissed Edward. Then it was hilarious that Emmett had to pull her off of him. I love him as her brother and that he is so cool with their relationship.

I think its in Bella's personality to forgive Tanya. She's been best friends with her for so long that it doesn't make sense to be upset over a boy. I love that Bella saved Edward from Lauren. Its cute how Edward is trying to show Bella he likes her. Emmett is awesome. I love that he is trying to protect Bella.

THEY KISSED! I loved it! It was cute that he seemed to be nervous. And Tanya seriously thought it wasn't a big deal!? She made out with her friend's boyfriend. I'm glad that cut her out. I also love Bella's inner dialogue...its freaking hilarious. Can't wait to see where this goes!

I've had this story bookmarked for awhile and I finally got a chance to read it. I really like Bella. And Edward taking her into the closet was hilarious. Jacob is a douche!

Erm, not that I'm anxious or anything, but I'm getting as excited for Jaspers arrival as Alice. Maybe he'll be at the Halloween party? ;o)
The talk between Bella and Emmett in the beginning of the chapter made be laugh. I mean what is a big brother for? He spoke so candidly wth her. My big brother would have ripped the guys arms off, no we never had those talks! I also laughed later when he gave her the box of condoms. But I have to ask ~ does Edward have an std? Is that why he won't let them go to first base? Back in chapter 2 Bella mentions this to Jacob regarding Tanya. So I' thinkin maybe Edward got something there? Am I grasping at straws here?
Loved that Edward called and asked to take Bella to school and that they are a regular couple now. Loved 20 questions. And when he told her she should listen to Alice I even had the urge to write Mrs. Bella Cullen in the margins of my notebook - with glitter gel pens I might add. And to share the moose story, hell I think I am in love with your Edward myself! Later when he did say he loved her - Be.Still.My.Heart.!

Author's Response: Um... Lets just say Jasper will appear in chapter 12. He already has quite the entrance IF I do say so myself.
And I will say this, NO Edward does not have an STD although you know I think Emmett was trying to imply that stuff. LOL His reason for not sleeping with her is partially selfish actually. He's been threatened with something... (Aww damn said to much)
And I so love my Edward as well. Totes love him, he's awesome, I go through periods of really wanting to smack my Bella upside the head though.

OK...so I was reading some of your responses on your reviews and I saw for one that you answered for a Chapter 6 review that you have about 20 more chapters planned. So that would bring us up to a total of 26 chapters. For that I've gotta say YAY. On the down side, you stated that the angst begins in chapter 10. I don't know if I can handle roughly 16 chapters (probably a litttle less to resolve things) of angst!!!! Especially if you start bringing in third party people (i.e. Tanya or the like!). I so hope that doesn't happen!!!!
