I love the name. Is he going to be called Gabe? My friend is going to name her son Gabriel. It's cute and not heard a whole lot anymore. I like that Edward was the one who bit her and that Jasper was right there to help her too. Thats was a nice little twist. Great job hun!

Oh that was great with Edward changing her. I think he did a GREAT job without a lot of drama. Just got in and got it done.
Emmett is just precious. He's all big and bad until his heart is frozen and then wow. And it takes a LOT to freeze him like this. I was very moved by his evident enraptured state with Bella and their son. The naming was a wonderful moment.
What was Gabriel fed?
I think it's kinda cool that Bella lost her memories. It's good to know things aren't incredibly smooth.
Emmett is doing GREAT as her mate. I know he was a good hubs to Rose so he's got experience. I bet he'll need it!

Wonderfully written chapter.
For a second there, I was thinking that Bella wasn't going to remember Emmett, but would remember Edward as the love of her life, after all he sired her....
So sad when she asked about Rosalie.
Author's Response: Well, to be honest, I was planning to do that, but something about Emmett just screamed at me. I couldn't do that after everything he'd gone through prior to this chapter. Edward will always be someone special to Bella and they will resolve the emotional part of their relationship in future chapters. He does love her, an she loves him, but nothing can be the same again. For Bella, her love for Edward is different now; sort of like friend love. She loves him for saving her life when Emmett couldn't. Rosalie couldn't be left out and hopefully when the story is done, I'll post the Rosalie out take I have. Thank you for the review!

Great chapter! It's interesting that Edward was the one to change her, but as long as she's alive that's all that matters. I had a feeling it was going to be a boy, and Emmett picked a great name (though Edward did help). I hope Bella does ok in her newborn phase. Can't wait for more!!
Author's Response: I think with Emmett and Jasper's help, she'll be a lot better than she thinks. But, she will have the insane bloodlust to contend with. I just don't buy into the whole 'no bloodlust' thing. She'll suffer, believe me, but she wanted this and she got it. LOL, I sound so horrible about Bella, sorry if you're a Bella fan, but I am 100% Emmett! I think it was better for me to have her have a boy...it just seemed more believable. Gabriel is a beacon of strength for Bella and Emmett, and hopefully you'll like the twists and turns that will come later on in the story!
