Wow, I wasn't expecting E to find someone. Some how I want him to be alone and suffer a bit longer.  If he has never  had sex in over a hundred years then he totally dumps bella and still no sex... He should just be gay.. I could live with that instead of him with another girl other than Bella.  But enough said.  You are a good writer if you can make me feel sooo frusterated with Edward and yet happy for Emmett and Bella.  Thanks

Wow...well it was bound to happen. Edward needs to be with a vamp and I guess it will be Ilene...of course my heart pulled just a bit. Isn't that STUPID? I mean clearly B has moved on...and E is all smitten so WHY would I care if E was going to fall for a vampire...it would be better for him. ALTHOUGH if she and Carlisle had a fling that is a bit...interesting (or it will be for C). There is another story about B (she is a vamp and knew C long before E was in the picture) and she had the hots for him...then she and E hooked up so stranger things have happened in the world of ff...I just hope that Bella doesn't get hurt when she finds out. AND maybe Ilene is kindof the vampire version of B...only bouncier!

Carlisle and Ilene did not have a fling lol, although people generally think that. She was more like a daughter to him. But Edward and Ilene may or may not be together...strange things are afoot...

Oh man....i have just falling in love with Emmett all over again.  You write him so well.  I never thought that i would like Emmett/Bella but this is intruging.  Ilene seems awesome.  Fiesty little bitch.  My favorite.  Maybe Edward can stop being such a pussy with a girl like that in his life.  This is getting good.....more more more!!!!

OK I hate Ilene... I mean I really hate her! It wouldn't matter if she saved kittens for a living and could cure cancer. I know that E/I would make it easier for B/Em. And in the beginning I was all for B/Em! But now all I feel is "Dammit Edward go back to Forks and fight for your Bella!".

Not sure if I like Edward being with this Ilene or how close she is to Carlisle. I was hoping we'd get to see some Cullen siblig rivalry over Bella's affections.

I absolutely, without reservation LOVE LOVE LOVE this chapter.  Ilene just tickles me and she will be so good for Edward although I am sure she will be a handful and he so deserves it and Tanya can back off from Edward.  I can't wait for Carlisle and Ilene to see each other again.  Their story should be very interesting.   After Bella's initial shock at seeing Edward with someone else I think she will really like Ilene.  Being Bella she will want Edward to be happy.  Back to Emmett and Bella falling in love.  I cannot wait to see how this unfolds. This is turning out to have much more to it than a simple love story.  I am really excited to read more. 

"The bitter barn" <-- Fantastic. I will have to use that. I foresee complications between Bella and Ilene, whose character I absolutely love lots.
