I just started reading this fic, and I really like it a lot. Wouldn't you know I'd end up on a big fat cliffie! I was so happy when Edward told Bella that he didn't love Tanya, and it's clear he wants a relationship with Bella--I just hope she doesn't run off or do something stupid before he gets back--they've had an awful lot of angst and drama over several years! Can't wait for more!
P.S. I really like how you often intro a chapter by giving a few lines from the prior chapter--I'm reading lots of fics at once and sometimes I forget which one is which, especially if it's been a while since the last update (not meaning to insult any fics by saying this--it's just that unless there's some particular contextual clue at the beginning of the chapter, I often have to go back and skim the last chapter to get caught up again)--so that's a very nice touch in yours that I appreciate.

Thank you for the update! Death to Tanya, and Edward an idiot much? She says she loves him and he nods and walks out! I have some other things to call him. Love the story, just think someone needs to apply a skillet to Edward's head at the moment :)

Why do I always feel like when I get to the end of a chapter in this story, I have a million more questions?!
I'm glad Edward chose Bella, but it came off more as he was choosing "not Tanya" instead of affirming his love for our girl. I'm so proud of her for owning up to her own feelings though.

Well...I am SO glad the bitch is leaving, but I wonder if E understood the magnitude of what B said - and the courage it took her to say it. I know we will find out in later chapters...just the musings of a partially insane psychologist! LOL,
I loved the way you wrote it - the intensity of the scene was palpable through the words you chose to write. I loved the build...I didn't know how it would turn out, I wouldn't have been surprised, to be honest, if E hadn't grown a pair (but thank god he did) NO ONE deserved the shit that she said to B...and clearly E finally saw her for who she was (lets hope bc the angst meter is moving towards the red zone for me!LOL)

omg these chapters keep getting better and better...although often i feel like someone has told you all about my life and you're putting it all on display for everyone to judge me. maybe that's why i've been so frustrated with this bella. seriously--she's so non-committal, even saying i love you doesn't have the same punch because it just sounds like it's another thing to say.
ps - tanya is annoying. i know that's the intention, but i dont think that girls like that really exist.

I gotta say I LOVED the Barack Obama mention "YES WE CAN!" LOL - I worked for him for about 5 months! LOLOL so that really tickled me!
I hope hope hope she can grow a pair, stay sober and TELL HIM.
This is one of the first stories where BELLA is as fucking ANGSTY as EDWARD - JEEZ I am getting a migraine from these two.
But Tanya -OMFG - you wrote her hysterically. I had reached for my water as I started to read knowing that there was NO WAY IN HELL I could attempt to swalllow and read Tanya's rampage, Jasper's stoner wisdom without blowing water through my nose onto my MacBook! LOL
