Oh, I'm enjoying this so much!  Poor Edward--he's tormented by Mike right off the bat--let's hope he doesn't screw things up by being too possessive.  But how could Bella not fall for him right away--especially since he and his family are being so welcoming to her?  Can't wait for future chapters!

Thanks.  I really like that his family is in on it too.  And Bella does like him, but her POV isn't represented here, so you can't hear her thoughts (kind of like Edward?).  Thanks for reading and reviewing.  Check out some of my other stories--they are all from differing POV's, and stray a lot more from the original Twilight plot lines.

I really like the idea that you have going here-Edward KNEW Bella was his soulmate. It's interesting to see how that changes him and his reactions, mainly because, to him, Bella has ALWAYS been his. 

This is quite the unique idea. I hope you continue with it!!

I love the way you are writing this - just allowing Edward to bask in his feelings instead of fighting against them CONSTANTLY. I hope, since he has had 17 years to think about a relationship with a HUMAN he will CHILL a bit and allow it to happen instead of sabatoging it...

excellent second chapter! sorry i didn't clarify why i thought the tanya bit was disturbing last chapter, its more of a built up prejudice against her character that i've acquired through reading fanfiction, plus i wasn't certain if edward had actually engaged in any form of sexual activity (even something like kissing) with her and the thought just rankles me if he had :P but i'm really enjoying this, jealous edward is so facking adorable, i love the mike/edward rivalry, you're doing an excellent job of pacing, edwards so intense with his love for her you can't help but smile at his inexperience in matters of "courting" a girl, excellent work i can hardly wait for more =D

I don't like Tanya either.  But to clear your mind, in my story, she made advances, but none of the came to fruition--no kissing even.  She just said suggestive things.  He very gentlmanly said no.
