haha. I love confident Bella-seeing her confident enough in Edward's feelings about her is really nice. She's even being flirty!! Go BELLA!! I'm nervous for her to find out what Edward really is. I don't think she'll care all that much but your Bella is quite surprising.
What....happened to Bella? That was a pretty evil cliffhanger but it did leave me on the edge of my seat. I can't wait to see what you come up with next!!!! Poor Edward. He's probably going to fight Emmett and Jasper off in his panic.

I'm glad I keep you guessing with my Bella. One of my pet peeves about the book Bella was all her self-loathing. She had no feeling of self-worth whatsoever, and it really got old to me. My Bella is shy, but doesn't hate herself. Neither does my Edward.

I love how the two are acting so much like teenagers. Its really refreshing that you havent made him so damn aware of what he is. Thank you for that, you are really doing a great job with this.

Right now, Edward is more focused on being in love and trying to be as human as possible. He's very aware, but like Bella, he's in the euphoric honeymoon phase of the relationship. Thanks for reading.

In your world is Edward's body hard? (Something I never loved in the books, btw) I would think she would be wondering about that too. Good story. I love the family's reactions when he got home.
Author's Response: Yes. His body is just like in the books, btw. Sorry to disappoint. But he needs to be durable. I know, I know--how could Bella not possibly notice? Again, she's making a mental list, but they are still in the euphoric honeymoon phase. She is basking in the glow of new love, so she's not questioning a whole lot. Just quietly observing. Remember how Charlie was when he found out that she had Renesme? He didn't even want to know--Bella is her father's daughter in so many respects. Just wait--she does find out.
I like writing his family's reactions, especially Alice and Emmett, as I envision them being the most vocal. Thanks for reading.

Author's Response: I thought Bella's parents were terrible in the books. I just wanted to slap them both. I'm pretty much a momma bear to my two cubs. I'm protective but not over-bearing. And I'm actually involved in their lives--novel concept, Charlie. And I'm raising them and not the other way around--Renee! Ugh! They both repulsed me. Esme was a better mother--more protective.

For some strange reason I missed the last update...and I'm really sad I did because it was AMAZING!!!!
Once again I've been reduced to fangirl squealing (my boyfriend looked at me like I might have a few loose screws) and elated hand clapping. I can't believe they made out.
I can't believe that he TRUSTED himself. That was amazing. AMAZING!!! I nearly passed out with jealousy. You write amazingly well!!!! I was so absorbed in these last two chapters that I'm pretty sure a bomb could've gone off outside and I wouldn't have noticed. I love how excited Alice is..and I hate that Edward is already thinking about leaving. It's not right. He loves her. They're meant to be.

I love that the whole family wants to get a play-by-play on their date! I really hope that his panicked thought of leaving her isn't going anywhere--after all these years of waiting for her, knowing that she was meant for him, it would be pretty pointless. They're so sweet together, but its interesting that she's starting to ask questions about his coldness, not eating, etc. I wonder how long before she gets really curious . . . can't wait for more! Love this fic!

I love writing Alice. She's so funny. I can totally see her being into this. And Esme and Carlisle gasping because they think Edward might have done the deed while his brothers and sisters feel sorry for him because he didn't.
