Yeah! Well, the boy redeemed himself a bit by showing up....but yeah, he's got some groveling to do. Hopefully Bella won't be too hard on him...and once she realises he's putting her before the band, that should be a plus also.
Hmmm...what to do about the band. GLAD he called their bluff (that one guy who's such a dick needs to either leave or get an attitude adjustment).
Can't wait to see what happens next! (And I hope the catty gals in Forks get a good look at the gorgeous hunk Bella's got with her!)

What sucks is that it wasn't Edward who said one or the other, it was his stupid band. Granted, if he hadn't been showing up late all the time and stuff maybe they wouldn't have had to. He could have had it both ways if he did it right. Now, I doubt it. I love Charlie, will we be getting the fishing trip? I hope so. I hope Jake doesn't get annoying...

Author's Response: I'll post the clue with the next chapter. I'm kind of glad not everyone caught it. That made it that more interesting when he did show up after all. The fishing trip may end up as an outtake, if I can find time to write it.

I was going to be sooo pissed if he didn't figure it out and show up in Forks. Glad to know our boy isn't completely dense. Jacob is getting on my nerves. But then again he always does.
Author's Response: It was really the only choice, wasn't it? I think we'll be seeing a different side of Edward from here on out. We will be done with Jacob soon, so hopefully your nerves can hold out!

ahh! okay so i'm glad you gave us the warning about jacob... i probably would have been too upset to read it carefully enough to really get that he is misinterpreting everything. and i am so proud of bella for her big speech on the cliffs. that was awesome. i hope edward gets his butt out there asap! thanks for the outtakes :-) plus i also need to mention the awesomeness that is charlie. with his gun display and his efforts to impress the visiting boyfriend, and his "relations" talk. classic.
please update again soon!! i just read this whole story in one sitting and it is amazing. one of my very favorites that i've ever read, and one of my favorite characterizations of edward and bella.

Wow... Okay so this story is just gettting to GOOD!! I love it. I just couldnt stop reading it. You really have done a wonderful job so far. The whole Jacob part was great. Bella did such a good job talking with him and really got her point across. Im really missing Edward. But Im sure you will do fine bring him back and fixing them. I just had my b-day Monday. So I hope you have a WONDERFUL Birthday.
