This was so touching.......from the opening where Edward thinks of himself as a husband and protector (I LOVE that) to the goodbyes (I teared up - I won't lie). Role Playing Vampire, against the door, during a thunderstorm was just awesome - the perfect amount of hot to balance the melancholy. I like that they weren't intimate the last night - sometimes it's just about being together. As always, you are the best and I can't wait for the next installment!

EEEE! I was so happy to see a new update from you. Made my day.
I loved Bella's goodbye with her dad and Jake. Very sweet. So very bittersweet. It's almost heartbreaking because you're able to feel her torn state. On one hand you want her to be with Edward because he is her forever but on the other hand you want her to stay human and experience life with her loved ones. It's truly heartwrenching and probably one of the reasons why I love the series so.
The emotions are real and raw and you capture everything with such grace and beauty.
Thank you for the update and for every update you've given us.
Love the dynamics you create and just simply love your words.
Cannot wait for what's to come.

I loved this chapter. The "bad vampire" comment, the Cullens reactions as they welcome them home after their honeymoon, and the fact that Emmett comments out loud, and of course the hot sex against Edward's door, and love-making in Bella's childhood bed.

I was so happy to see an update for this story. This is my favorite fan fic. I love that Bella got to say her goodbyes on her terms. Things seem to be progressing well leading up to the "big day", but I'm sure there is some more anxiety to come. I want to know what she was printing from her computer. And then, Edward's "list" items. Finally against his bedroom door, whew! Nice. Thanks to you for creating this wonderful story.
