Wow I think this has been one of the best chapters so far.(they all kick ass but this one was so filled with edwards emotions) I absolutely loved it all. I love how bella wrote the book for him and how it kept him grounded through the whole thing. I think you incorperated enough of the entries to give us enough insight into the book but not overwhelming. I love the fact that jasper felt the need to help bella during this time it was amazing what he put himself through for her. Just an amazing chapter and yes tears in the end even though you know dam well what happens. Just sad for edward and all he was feeling at that moment. So im hoping that since you have written alot that it will not be long to the update cause this vacationing here in angstville is not where I want to be long,haha. THanks again this was an unbelieveable chapter and cant wait till the wake up.

Oh that was soooo lovely! The book was a wonderful idea, Bella knows Edward far too well to let him brood for 3 days without getting in a word of 'chill the fuck out'!
I. Love. Jasper. Picturing him all curled up on the floor *sigh/sniff* I don't think he will ever completly get over Bella's 18th birthday :(
I must say I was wondering how you would tackle the whole 'change during orgasm' without it being a little weird for the family! But as always - it just fit, no akwardness!
Leave me on the cliff too long and I may just faint!

OMG, that was a brilliant chapter! I loved the hourly notes from Bella, but I really loved the homework she gave him. Maybe a sequel could involve Edward's List? LOL See, this is what happens when you write a super fabulous story, people don't want it to end!
I really loved Jasper in this chapter. Willing to sit at the foot of her bed and help Bella with her pain as best he could, but the scene between Edward and Jasper was so tender and perfect! LOVED IT!

Wonderful chapter! You are one of the reasons that in the past 6 mos. I've become addicted to fan/fiction. So many are better than Stephanie's---cannot stop reading them.
I cried through the time/heartbeat count----such love and such sacrifice. If you've ever experienced witnessing a death---well, you captured the emotions of it.
Will be sad to have this story end.
(oh, and thanks for not "punking" us!) I couldn't have taken it!!! ;(

Amazing chapter!!! I got a little teary eyed with Jasper helping Bella endure her pain. Very funny that Emmett tackled Edward and he didn't have on any pants. I am so ready for Bella to wake up I can hardly contain myself!!!!

I don't feel it was that bad of a cliffie. We know she hasn't died, so it's not so bad.
I wish that you had written out all the entries, but I know that would have been too long and too much for you. They were just so sweet and loving and so in character for your Bella. What she wrote was both funny and beautiful. It was wonderful and again, so in character that she would do something like this for Edward while she was suffering.
I love your version of her change so much more than the books. It's the happy ending we should have had. I read fanfic because of stories like this to heal from what I felt was a horrifying end to a good series. You've done an incredible job with this, and I'm grateful to you for this contribution.
Thanks for sharing your talent and vision with us. There are not enough golden stars in the universe with which to rate this story.

Thank you for another wonderful chapter. Your version of the transformation - and the way that it was started, as an act of love - is far superior to the awful birth scene in BD (in my humble opinion). Again, they are owning the decision to change her, rather than having the change "thrust" upon them by circumstances "outside" their control.
Now as to your planned joke, I guess I knew that he wasn't going to suck her dry, but I love that he lost control for a bit and his family came to tackle him! That was great! And so brilliant to have Jasper know that the morphine wasn't working and then help ease her pain - if SM reads this, I wonder if she'll wish that she had thought of that!
The book from Bella is so beautiful - I wish we could have read all 61 entries. And I'm sure that every review will have the same final request: Please publish Edward's list!!!!

Brilliant, simply brilliant! I truly don't think this chapter could have been any better. Edward being Edward at the outset wasn't seeing the bigger picture. Thankfully Jasper set him straight with this: ""Edward, don't go there," Jasper ordered through a strained voice. "Mourning the loss of her human life is one thing. Regretting what has transpired here is another. It's worthless. And it's wrong. She wanted this, Edward - she wants this. You better fucking get it together and be there for her. She needs you."" which of course wasjust was Edward needed to hear. Jasper was a god-send throughout Bella's change, going as far as hurting himself. I'm glad that Edward went after him, to make him understand that there was nothing to apologize for.
Once Edward got it together he was so loving & tender in his care & concern for Bella. This was the first thing that brought tears to my eyes: "Without removing my eyes from Bella, I spoke softly. "I want to thank each of you for...this morning. If it wouldn't be too much to ask, would you please leave for a while? I would like to bathe and dress my wife."" The book that Bella made for Edward was unbelieveable, so full of love & showed just how well she knew Edward & what he needed. It was also so true to form of Bella, always putting others first. The book brought me the most tears & the fondest memories.
So it comes down to this, I smiled & cried and I loved every word. Beautifully written, smooth as Edward's velvet voice.
So now we wait...
I'm okay and Ilove you. MWAH!!

I love Bella's entries for Edward. She is so selfless even as she lies there in agony.
I was also glad that Edward expressed his forgiveness to Jasper.
