Haha, my heart did NOT stop pounding until Edward woke up and saw Esme.   Seriously, I had to remind myself to take a deep breath!

I am actually staring open mouthed at the screen.  It was literally about five seconds before I could start reviewing!

This story already cracks me up!  The plot may have a slow build (like you mentioned), but the way you introduced Jasper cracked me up and drew me in!

Hey. I'm sorry to say this but in the spirit of friendly criticism, that ending? was a complete and utter let down. The story itself was amazing and the plot was not something I could have ever guessed at. When Edward was taken I was literally on the edge of my seat (same for his escape). The whole thing was amazing, until this last chapter. It just felt like a cop out. Like you had no idea how to end it so you just wrote this drabbley kind of chapter that didn't really end the story. I don't know if you're planning on doing a sequel or something but this chapter just...the previous chapter was so awesome and the "bodyguards" did jack while edward's friends rescued him. Loved that. But you don't even really mention them in this chapter except for flashbacks. you barely mention bella or anyone else. I'm sorry. I very much enjoyed this story but the ending was just kinda pathetic. sorry.

That was definitely exciting. What the hell happened to Bella? Was she wandering around the woods? Taken against her will on campus?

If Edward is so worried abour James getting to Bella, then why won't he tell someone abour ir? Why does he think he can protect her? He didn't do so good for himself.

this chapter was awesome. It was so funny. Mike Newton is hardly impressive, I can't believe he acted like a total douche in front of the parents on their first meeting. I loved how Edward told on him and got his dad all riled up before dinner even began!

GREAt was glad to read going on to read first chance also started cloven you are  atalented writer thank you for the read.

Thank you. I've been so discouraged with the response to this story I was debating whether or not to continue, but just because of you, I think I will soon. 

I must say, getting past the drugged up scenes, this story has become rather addicting :)

I absolutly do not like the turns this story just took. yeah, it's dramatic, different and very well written, but to put Edward in THIS kind of situation is just disturbing. I love these characters too much. And to have seen first hand the horror this drug has done to peoples lives, mixing the two just don't seem right to me.

I am going to go to the next chapter and hope that I won't abandon this story. Please don't take this wrong way, it's just that this kind of situation hits home and when it mixes with my favorite characters (of all time!), it screws with my form of escape.

Author's Response: Well, thank you for the compliments. I'm sorry you're feeling uncomfortable on a personal level. Even though it was my intention to make the reader squirm a bit, I can imagine that it is a little much for you. Try skimming if it becomes too much. There's important info in there, but it should be easy to spot and this is only a short phase of the story.

Oh my gosh!! This is THE BEST STORY I HAVE EVER READ!

I can't believe I'm just NOW reading this, but I got a little behind in my reading with studying for final's and other crap that has been going on!

I'm so sad it's over, but it turned out a GREAT ending!

Edward plays baseball?  YUMMY!
