Holy shit!! I love the Spill Canvas!! They are without a doubt the best band in existence! I saw them on their college tour with One Republic, Augustana, and The Hush Sound (Another AMAZING Band) this fall. It was the best 3 hours of my life!! Ever since I heard This Is For Keeps, I was like, "Wow. This is sooo obviously a song about vampires" and I'm really happy that you wrote a song-fic for it! If you only own One Fell Swoop, however, you are sorely missing out. No Really I'm Fine is an awesome album and my favorite song is called Connect The Dots and it is unfreakingbelievably sexy. Also, Sunsets and Car Crashes is really good if you are into that 'small club-acoustic-one man show' type vibe. Your Evil Soul is great from that album. Anyways, I just wanted to commend you because not many people know of The Spill Canvas and when I come across someone who appreciates them like I do, I have to say Hey. :)

thanks for the review! don't worry...the spill canvas is my favorite band. i've seen them several times in concert, always at a small venue in new york city that is just perfect for their sound, except the one time i saw them at warped tour two summers ago. i stood less than three feet away from nick thomas (front row, right against the stage, directly in front of him) while he sang connect the dots (the first time i heard it, no really, i'm fine wasn't out yet)...talk about sex. caterpillars is my favorite song on Sunsets and Car Crashes, but if you can you should try to get your hands on Go for the Jugular, which was there EP that came out before Sunsets and Car Crashes. Most of the songs are just older versions of songs that were released on Sunsets and Car Crashes, but the songs The Season and Charcoal Gray Above are beautiful, and two of my favorites.

I loved this version. While I dont know the music of the spill canvas, I have heard this song on youtube to an edward/bella video and I think the song is awsome. Great job.

Author's Response:

thank you, i'm glad you like it =) this is actually one of my least favorite spill canvas songs, so if you liked this one you should definitely check out some other songs by them
