OMG, i love this fic! you taken me from firmly entrenched in the Edward Camp to wondering why we didn't have puppies at the end of breaking dawn. good work! i can't wait to find out what happens next(so please up date soooooon!!)
Author's Response: LOL! Puppies! I figured that as long as I was going the AU route for my first fic, I should try to make it somewhat convincing. I'm still a big fan of Edward myself, so I'll definitely be doing some stories along those lines in the future. But I'm so glad to know that another Edward fan has joined me in this one!

i kinda hope edward doesnt come back in this story. I mean i am an edward fan but jacob deserved happiness in at least one story!
Author's Response: In the spirit of staying true to the characters, Edward has to come back for a number of reasons. First, we know that around the time of the cliff-diving incident, Edward was extremely close to coming back on his own. I can't remember his exact words (and my sister has my books right now) but it was something about it being a matter of days or hours before he couldn't stand it anymore. Second, Bella needs reconciliation with him or closure. And finally, Jacob needs to know if Bella is with him simply because Edward is unavailable or if she would really choose him over Edward. Edward is a giant loose end that needs to be tied up one way or another.
