I wonder what is up with Embry? Is he just trying to stake a claim on Bella so Mike doesn't mess with her? I think Jake is going to flip when he hears about this. And how many guys are going to kiss Bella's forehead?! Seriously, she is one hot commodity.
Author's Response: You're right about Embry. He's not too happy with Mike's little act of possession, so he's just doing the first thing that comes to mind.

Wow.
Okay, so I am definitely a Team Edward kind of girl, but this story is addictive. The way you write Jacob makes me totally forget about the fact that I miss Edward. And all these kissing scenes between Jake and Bella are freakin' hot... I could read a whole chapter of them doing nothing but kissing. It's intense. I love it.
I think you should update again soon. Because you're amazing like that...

You're updating so fast! i just read like 4 chapters in one go (rather than reading four chapters of some silly semiotics reading for university).

i love Embry, plus you make him seem extra fun. i have a feeling Jake is going to find this amusing rather than get cut at him or anything.
Haha, it's weird, but i get a little fidgety when Bella and Jake aren't both in a chapter. Like a little bit of a withdrawal symptom or something.
Keep up the brilliant work! The way you're writing, the unfolding of the plot and the dynamics between the characters is all perfect, perfect, perfect.
Reading this is such a lovely indulgence.

Is Embry setting up just the possessive scene necessary to get all the other guys to back off? A nice drop down, drag out human werewolf scrap to set the other guys knees a quaking?! If so I'm really looking forward to that!

Author's Response: Okay, okay, you got me. The torture is kind of fun. Plus, it brings out the reviews like crazy! At present, I've received just over 600 reviews for 33 chapters. About a third of that was from the last 6 chapters---right about the time I started torturing.

I thought I had an idea of what Embry's plans were, but now I can't figure it out. I thought he was going to pretend to be Jacob from a distance and lead Lauren on only to embarrass her later. Hmmm. Can't wait to read the next chapters to figure out the big plan!
