loving the crap out of this so far. sorry i dont review more. i started reading this when it was 45 chapters in and i was too in to the story to stop to review, lolz. and now ive caught up and i promise to review from now on :)
Author's Response: Oh, I know how that is! I have been guilty of the exact same thing. What's sad is that sometime later I go back and review each chapter, and the poor author is just bombarded with comments from me. But I figure if I add to their review count they can't mind too much, right?

Not at all dissatisfied, this is wonderful reading and stiry telling. I am waiting for more of Bella and Jacob...I was always an Edward kind of girl when reading the books, but your story line has changed my mind. Sweet, tender, interesting take on Jacob's change of heart, first in so much of a rush, but now patient. Can't wait to see how you finally bring them together, or what makes them step over the line...

Well I don't hate you! I am so loving the story your writing! I just sat here and read every chapter in just under a few hours. lol. I am wondering who is imprinting. I can't wait to know where Jacob is! I love how you do a version from both pov's! I always want to know what the other one is thinking!!! Keep up the good work!!! And I know you said that ALL of the wolves would imprint by the end so I did have a question that I was hoping you could answer. Do you think it is possible for a wolf to imprint even after he has been with someone forever. Even though they say that whole love at first sight' thing. If you think about it, the reason he didn't imprint on Bella was because of Nessie, but if Bella and Edward never got back together and 'fate' realized that, would he imprint on his (2nd) true soul mate? Something I was just wondering and wanted to know your pov =)
Author's Response: SM defined imprinting as something that happens the first time the wolf sees that person, so I have to stick with that. While this is obviously an alternate path kind of fic, I'm not changing any of the foundation she laid out. That said, I don't think imprinting is a matter of finding the one person in the entire world you are meant to be with. I think it's more of a biological thing, akin to the current studies showing that human attraction is based on matching with an opposite and in some ways stronger immune system to create more resilient offspring. So while imrpinting is probably more selective, wanting to find the perfect person with whom to create super wolf pups, I don't think only one person in on the planet is a good match. So if Bella and Edward don't get back together, and Renesmee is not born, Jacob would have to imprint on someone else who's genes are the pefect match for his. If they do get back together, perhaps Renesmee is his perfect match. Or perhaps they won't have a child at all, and he'll have to locate another perfect match to imprint on.

What about jacob's dissapearing with Paul? I guess I'll have to wait for Jake's POV, but it IS weird. And I am amazed that nothing has actually happened between him and Bella. And you still haven't told us if Jake's a virgin or not...

Author's Response: Rachel is an emotional mess. That's really all that's up with her. One minute she's suspicious of Bella's intentions with Jake, then she's accepting, then she bonds with her while their men are "in battle," and then she's jealous of her. She'll work it out eventually. As for Edward, I think I mentioned it in an author's not a couple of chapters back, but he's returning in the sequel. Maybe I didn't specify it would be the sequel...not sure.

I really love this story. I have always been Team Jacob, but this story has just made me fall in love with him more. His character is way more colorful and vibrant then in the original books. I had to stay up all night to finish reading the whole thing in one sitting. Now I am sad that I have to wait for updates. Is there anyway you can go any faster =)

I'm really curious as to where they runned off.
And Jacob and Bella could go 2nd base - it's no big deal. Is it? I know their relationship is a bit platonic, but they are teenagers... Anyway, this is just me waiting for a little action on that field...
And 10 stars because I do like this story but feel bad when I don't review.
Author's Response: Hmmmm...you may be right. Perhaps I should threaten to kill off Jake in the next chapter. And yes, I'm looking forward to something a little less chaste myself. I'm toying with the idea of adding in something more, but I'm just not sure yet. The sequel will definitely be "more mature," but I have yet to decide if these two will take things futher in this story.
