Great chapter... Of course :) I love the way that steamy session ended, its so typical teenager. And Jake was so right about his outcomes if he didnt stop her when he did lol I loved it.
About your note at the top, I understand what you are talking about in regards to people just not understanding BPD. My mother has it though she wasnt properly diagnosed for years. It just turned into a saying now like how people call others gay. It is for sure annoying but I hope it's not upsetting you enough to stop your wonderful story, I dont know how I'd survive without an ending :)
I cant wait to see if Jake falls asleep or if he remembers he has to leave before Charlie wakes up...
Author's Response: Thank you! I wasn't properly diagnosed for years, either. It wasn't until I walked into a shrink's office. holding a DSM and pointing to the Bipolar page that it was all figured out. It did begin to grate on my nerves that people were throwing the word around so casually, but I just kept telling myself that they didn't mean any harm by it. In fact, I didn't want to put up any kind of note about it simply because I didn't want anyone to feel bad about it. After all, my readers are some of the nicest people...encouraging and supportive and appreciative. But I never considered not writing. I just couldn't do that to all the people that are so invested in the story.
