Sam confuses me, but in a good way. What I mean is that he doesn't just immediately warm up to Bella when it comes to the "business" side of things. He sees her as a sweet girl and is nice to her, but he doesn't just become the Emmett in this fic. And then, when it counts, he includes her in pack stuff. So far he's great.

I couldn't pinpoint when it happened. It wasn't a particular bike ride or walk on the beach. It wasn't a certain night in his garage or doing homework.
