I am loving the story. I can feel Edward and Bella's pain. They are so into each other but they know that it can not be at least for now. I can not wait to see where you take them, especially after Bella's 18th Birthday. Please update soon.

awww. edward loves bella. and i love your story. it really is wonderful! i love how it parallels twilight (edward sees himself as a monster). and i also LOVED bella's reaction to jake kissing her! =) keep up the wonderful work!

Great chapter! Its interesting. I think that one of the great things so far is that this draws a lot from the issues in the book. I mean it isnt (and nor do fanfictions have to be) exactly like it. But there is the whole EdwardlovesBella and BellalovesEdward but there are obstacles preventing them from being together theme rolling. I really like it so far. Keep it up!!!

Well if a review will make the next update to come faster, I am all in. This was another amazing chapter. I am loving this story. Him admitting to Emmett he's in love with Bella was great. Emmett's reaction was to be expected although I am interested to see if his reaction softens at all once he works with Bella for a week and gets to know her a little and see how hurt she is by Edward's rejection. And then of course, I wonder how long Edward will be able to keep those boundries he's putting up in place. How long until the memory of holding her becomes too much for him? Can you tell I'm loving it? :)
Author's Response: Emmett is worried about both Bella and Edward when he reacted the way he did. Over time his views might change, but it will take a lot. Emmett is the protector and Bella is a student. Edward's going to be in hell until he can have Bella back in his life. I can tell and I'm loving that you are loving it haha. Aww, that's just so depressing. But still written well. Emmett in this chapter reminded me of the scene that wasn't in the Twilight movie (about how this is wrong, she's not one of us, etc.). Definitely can't wait to see poor Bellas reaction next chapter. Her fuming after Jacob's kiss was absolutely hilarious though, I adored it. :)

How bittersweet for Edward. he finally finds someone, but she really is the forbidden fruit. I can just feel both their hearts breaking. At least she will be legal in a week, not that helps the situation.

I loved getting inside Edward's head. You make it seem very real for him to feel this way about her despite the forbidden aspect to it all. He's not crossing a line in my head because he's really in love with her. Well, at least that's how it comes across! More soon, please! I love it.

She's going to be 18, so she's legal, but she's also very mature for her age and Edward's only five years older than her. To him, though, he thinks he's disgusting for feeling the way that he does.
