I just read my previous review and I apologize for sounding like a witch! :( I didn't even know about this Taylor Swift song. I still haven't heard it.
Happy writing!
Author's Response: You didn't sound like a witch a lot! Honestly, there were other people who said far worse things before reading anything. I really did appreciate your criticism and it helped me to get out of my comfort zone and get Project Team Betas help, so thank you!

I like the premise. I think your writing could use some work, but keep going at it! It's very difficult to go outiide of your own writing and critique it, I know from expereince, but keep going. Don't let anyone or anything keep you from stopping! You have a lot of potential.
I don't know anything about the plagiarism accusation. I do see how this one is different. The pen names and titles are awfully alike here, though. Is it possible to change that?
Author's Response: Thank you so much for your criticism! I really appreciate. Things are kind of hectic right now and I always put writing on hold for other things, so thank you for that reminder.
I have changed my penname but I believe changing the name is betraying the whole point of writing this. The song Speak Now by Taylor Swift was my direct inspiration and the whole reason I started writing this story, but I think as long as everyone can differentiate between us and how they are different, the title can stay the same.
xoxo,Sara

Better be careful. There is another story on here called Speak. The author has been alerted about your story, might be considered plagerism. It wasn't me, I just saw the post.
Author's Response: Thank you for letting me know, but I don't believe that they are similar. My story takes a different turn in the first chapter and I would never plagirize anyone.

You wanted to know if you're posting a story that belongs to someone else. You are. The story Speak Now by saritadreaming is already here. The parallels between your author's name and hers do not appear to be coincidental, nor does the variation on the spelling of Sarah vs Sara.
An apology to her would be a nice start. Removing your story would be the next step. If you're serious about wanting to write, make it original. These authors work too hard to have their work copied or plagiarized.
Try again.
Author's Response: Thank you for letting me know the author's name and about their similar story. I have read the summary of her story and I believe that they work in different ways. Same idea, different approach. I have contacted her and let her know the situation, but I would never plagirize anyone and never will. My story is my own but the idea behind it anyone could've come up with. Thank you again for letting me know.

Yeah, in fact, the SaritaDreaming story is just above this one, as I am typing this, on the most recent story list.
Author's Response: Thank you for letting me know. I have contacted her about the differences and similarities of our stories.

So, you have the same story title as another author here, saritacancan is your penname, hers is SaritaDreaming, and your first name is Sara and hers is Sarah. Big coincidences?
Author's Response: Giant coincidence! Her story is a collab and mine I wrote by myself. I've read parts of her story and they are completely different in context, they just come from the same root idea. I would never plagirize someone.

Didn't you already post this story? I've been reading it. You had a banner and everything.
Author's Response: I'm not sure I've you're talking about someone else. I've never posted anything on Twilighted before. Let me know if it's someone else's story, I want to make sure I'm not mistakenly copying anyone. Thank you :)
