Good backstory for Edward, love the email format.

 to live in Clearwater and was thinking that the resturant must be Bern's steak House!  I have been there with friends for our anaverserys weich were all within two weeks of each other.  I bet they went ot West Shyore Mall also. Hugs for reminding me of those places. - Xanath

Ny grandson is in a program sponsered by the Navy called Sea Cadets.  They go through training much like the military and have instructory that are usually current or former military people.  One of his trainings was under the command of Chris Riga who was calle to active duty  in Afghanistan just agter the training was completed last Christmas break.  Below is his mailing address.  If you would pass this along to others We would be so thankful.  He spent his short time home last Christmas training the kids instead of just enjoying his time with his family.  He is a really great gu8y.

sounds like a great story, as one whose grandson just returned from his second round in Iraq, makes it that much more dearer to the heart.

I have to say I am loving this story. My fiance and I met online - no he is not in the military - but we started talking in 2006. I am from Cali and he is from the state of NY. Sept of this year will make it 2 years that I have lived in NY. My fiance and I didn't meet each other face to face until 2009. the rest is history...

i had to say all that because the story (not the military part) but the long distance part is bringing back old memories for me. especially their first chat on Skype. i remember how nervous i was and how shy...it was so thrilling and exciting and scary at the same time! Now....we are getting married and I'm the happiest ever. Thank you so much for the story!! Thank you for bringing back fond memories even though at the time, it was very hard...but it became worth it in the end =)
