Personally, I commend you for keeping her in character - it worked much better for Edward to do it.

First and foremost; TY for another wonderful chapter..sorry RL and work has keep me from reading sooner today....never fear first thing for me to read today.... Now, with that being said, Bella is incredibly intelligent and she certainly shows it in this chapter... Her honesty and pursurverance whilst the horrible Tanya was ever present, and chiding her the entire time...Bella shows how well suited to Edward she is...... Love how Edward put it to Tanya and then told her to leave after leaving her to ..um..apparently reattach herself...LOL...she soooo derserved that!!!!

Thank God Edward put Tanya in her place, she was a bit of a tough nut to crack and it took nearly losing her head but I think she got the message. She did get it didn't she? She's not going to suddenly decide that Edward was teasing her is she?
I think the way you had Bella handle Tanya was perfect. I admit I did want Bella to smack her one but your way was the right way.
I'm preparing the seatbelts for the next chapter, lol.

Oh I like it so much better when Bella is the bigger woman, so to speak, and doesn't lower herself to Tanya's level. I get that it was hard, but I applaud your choice. Great chapter, as always! Thanks for sharing.

Whatever Edward and Tanya had is in the past and Edward will need to make that clear to Tanya. I get the feeling though that she's going to be hard to persuade especially as she doesn't believe in the mating ritual. Bella could have a fight on her hands, she needs to roll her sleeves up and get stuck in.
I'm looking forward to the next chapter.
