You are a genius. You not only pen unbelievably wonderful characters like Edward, Bella, Carlie, Seth, etc., etc., but here you create two other characters on a completely different level who are freaking fantastic!! A wonderful heated couple, fighting their attraction and the game they play is brilliant. So visual. Adore it!!! The wrench....smooches. BRILLIANT! I have to say thank you, I so needed this update tonight.  I work 2 jobs and haven't had a day off in 5 weeks.  This was one of my "both jobs" day and i'm tired and cranky.  I needed a good escape and you gave me one!  So once again thank you, you're my hero! :)

I read your AN and then this chapter and decided to write a review. This is a wonderful story and this chapter fits into it very nicely.  It's a logical step in their relationship and I am glad you fought your first desire to scrap it and start all over. RL should not interfer in this story nor should rude comments or other nonsense you receive in the name of "reviews".  This is your story and you should write it the way you want to, and while criticism is a good thing for a writer, both good and bad, it should never influence the writer to change their original plot line or any individual chapter.

So my "advice" - stay on course, read every review (because every writer lives for those), and then keep writing!

(P.S.  Even though I have been reading ff's on this site for over a year, this is only the third time I have ever submitted a review.  I just felt you needed it and I really want you to keep the faith so I can read this all the way to the end!)

Can I just say, I know it's a small thing, but I love love love that you make it real for us, so many authors just don't.... what I mean by this, her getting up to "brush her teeth" to cleanse away the morning breath and him with the listerine strip.... just love it !  I mean really no matter how much you care for your dental hygiene , via flossing and brushing, nothing moves during the night so more often than not there is a lil morning breath, and I'm sorry but mutually setting it off just doesn't work for me, lol... so I'm glad you address it.  Makes me love them all the more.  Seth and Carlie, perfect, Demi and Elizabeth, well I can't wait til they give "in" to each other.  Love this story always, tc, have a good week, see ya on Sunday !!!

Glad to see some ends starting to tie up. I think Elizabeth and Demetri are a hoot. Can't wait to see what happens next!

Demetri doesn't have any rose colored glasses when it comes to his family's behind the scenes transactions.  Even though he may not know exactly what he knows things are done and uncovered.  Knowing that the Cullens won't have any problems with the courts taking away Sam2 will be great news for them.  Also him just knowing Esme and Carlisle and their huge hearts will probably have no problem taking in that poor child who was trapped in that maniac's wall.  They would be able to provide her the stable loving home she would need to thrive and overcome all those horrid memories of the creep plus her horrible life with her addict absent mother as well.  Hoping that he will approach them soon with the request and that things will happen to give that poor child a chance at a loving family and a safe home environment.

Thank you for not extending the abduction over several chapters. I loved this chapter but would have hated a cliffhanger. 

I love Seth.

Very exciting chapter. Very brave of Seth and quick thinking on his part. Leaving a trail of clothes or something for them to follow him as he chased the man who took Sam2. Have to admit felt fear at the sight of blood near the bench.  Thought something very horrible had happened to either Seth or Sam2. Was very happy to hear it was the creep who was bleeding instead. Was glad they thought of dogs to pick up Seth's scent to follow the trail and thought of the idea of employee at apartment complex for access to basement and tunnels.  Fear again when shot rang out, but relief when Seth ran into the rescue team with Sam2.  Happy that Seth didn't kill the evil fiend, but sorry in a way too. Always a chance the courts will let him slip through the system. Even though they were able to save the other little girl, doesn't mean he'll actually pay for his crimes and the crimes before. At least if he died there, it would all be over and for good. But then again to lay that type of burden on the shoulders of a fourteen year old boy is a tough job. Seth did what he had to do and did it well. He pursued, protected, and saved both Sam2 and the other captive little girl from harm and further harm.  Even though Carlisle is concerned about child protective services visit the following day, what happened could have happened to anyone with a child, I'm sure with Aro and his team behind them Sam2 will be remaining safely at home with the Cullens as her family.  Just to let you know my heart rate is finally setting back into normal range after reading this chapter. Looking forward to the future chapters.
