Excellent story!!!! Very well put together in a way that doesn't triavialize grief and process of dealing with it. I didn't quiet understand what you ment in the epilouge about animals and humans being different or the last line about J choosing to remain in this world. Is that a lead in to another story or a sequal? Thank you for the time and hard work you put into this wonderful creation ;)

I always thought of him as having blue/grey eyes but that's just me. You had me crying by the end of this chap. Very well done story, off to continue reading it now :D
Author's Response: Ah, thank you! This was the first story I have ever written and first piece of anything in English for me, so I'm afraid it's not as mature as I'd like it to be. Still it's very personal and I put all my heart in it, so finiding that readers like it is the best gift ever.
