This is a recurring nightmare of mine: that someone I know discovers my secret identity and reads my stuff. Eek!

I'm so glad you had him get up again and read the story--he obviously jumped to some false conclusions to begin with.

Loved the list and agree with many of the choices. (I was all excited because I thought I was #1 for a second there because of the title. :D)

I am still missing One Stupid Thing, but this story is more than making up up for it!

I know...I live in fear that one of my readers is sitting in one of my high school classes, wondering if I'm a closet fan-fic-freak. I try to conceal my alter ego. Of course the family knows and regularly does the Edward-eye-roll, but it would reflect on them if they admitted my illness to anyone, so I don't worry too much about them spilling my beans...my bellybeans, that is.

I kind of liked the idea of Edward thinking he could just ignore that story of hers and go to bed, only to lie there stewing about it, finally forced to get up and go read. I bet we've all had that experience. lol

Glad you liked the baker's dozen. It was soooo hard to make her list! There are just so many wonderful, memorable, well-written stories out there, yours most definitely included. (And I'm not just saying that!) The whole reason there's a baker's dozen and not a top ten was because I had the hardest time stopping...but I was also looking for titles and pennames that I could screw with for entertainment's sake. (Maybe yours would have been "Never Creep in a Neighbor's Bed" by WtchngU?...then again, that sounds like it's Bella's story, doesn't it? LOL) I probably could have gone on and on, but that would get old fast. Maybe an outtake?

Thank you for mentioning One Stupid Thing. It has a great ending, but the middle just feels too laborious to deal with right now. And this story is about all I can handle...so much to keep straight in my head, and nothing's written down because I just can't seem to do that very well. If I had a clone who could adequately complete One Stupid Thing without me having to be too involved...I'd go for that. Maybe a clone. A retired clone. There's a definite possibility. ;)

Yes... This definitely needs a whole heap of coffee, I can't wait for his reaction to her little hobby. Or perhaps some tea would be better to help him calmly read through the night, considering his little tantrum from earlier.

That was sweet of Edward to waterdown the girl's drinks, and I hope Bella won't be too hungover on saturday, to get in another day of interracting with her surly (ex-)playboy. It might have only been a week since they met, but I couldn't bear waiting for more of their growring relationship.

He will definitely calm down once he starts reading her POV. Well as long as he believes that this is her actual POV not like a made up one. Hopefully this will help things change for the better.

I just reread the chapter and laughed again, really hard! Just thinking of Edward finding her page, and then finding the story about him........hilarious !!!!! That he centers on the part that says he's enigmatic....LOL!!! So funny! That he tries to describe what the picture looks like on the banner...HOLY HELL funny! I can't get it out of my knd though that he has an idea that she is pure, but dismisses it! I hope he keeps that in the back of his mind when talking to her! He also seems to know that Angela is her beta, so hopefully he's careful around her too! Edward yelling into his kitchen about not knowing what is wrong or up with Bella.....freaking had me laughing tears....hahahaha. Can't wait to see what he thinks when he is done reading! He better play nice or Angela will chop off his balls and throw them in Edward's porn draw...lol. I have a feeling that Jake may nave to make an appearance to set Edward straight but that may cause a few isssues for Emmett, since them Emmett will know that Bella wasn't dating Jake recently, and no big break up scene happened.....lol. Ooohh, this just got very interesting! I loved Edward's reaction when he realized exactly what Bella's writing about. And I can't wait to read what he thinks of her writing. No way he's going to be able to not read all of it. And I hope he does leave reviews - they should be really something, since he has "inside information"... And as usual, I love the internal "dialogue". As for Bella's list of fan fics, I think I recognized at least 7. Happy New Year to you too, and thanks for writing this great story!

lol Aww Edward needs to learn that curiosity kills the cat. Oh well, he's gonna read her fanfiction and realize what she means by heat and then get all interested and stuff. lol wonder how he's gonna act around her once he's read it all.
