This was such an awesome and inspired story. There were times I swear I needed a sedative to stop bawling my eyes out. Fantastic story line. I think Billy was a prick (although it was understandable). Seriously, all of your characters were colorfull and emotionally inspiring and a lot of fun to get to know. Well done, and thank you.

"He knew this, he knew what he had had and he – he loved me anyway.". This thought caught my heart. It was a perfect explanation of Levi's love for Bella. He knew what Bella could find after his death. Thank you for writing

This was an amazing story. I am a devoted vamp-girl (E/B) pairing type, but I cried when Levi died. I've read several of your stories (Hidden more than once, and planning my second read of Day Break series). I'm so glad to have found your stories.

Great and innovative story! Some facts about Quileutes weren't canon compliant but what a hell.

Thank you! I had a wonderful time writing this.
I know I didn't stick to strict canon (after all, I changed Bella in 1900! lol) but I tried to stay true to the spirit of the time and the way I wanted the story to play out.
The ending was exactly as I envisioned it happening from before I wrote chapter two -- kind of a flurry and then...oh. I know that it doesn't always suit everyone, however. It's great that we are able to find so many different types of stories in FF to suit whatever preferences we happen to have. :D

He embraced her hand once with both his own before letting her go. "I would have gone insane if I'd been on my own. So thank you." Edward wrapped an arm around her. "She's the best." Agreed. :)
It was good to see Bella and Sam meeting again, even if it's for the last time.
Just out of curiosity: did he stay with Leah, or the stuff with Emily happened here too? Even if you didn't think about this before, what do you say?

Yeah, I jumped to an even century from where I started. :) Am I weird? Wait, you don't have to answer that... ;-)
In my heart of hearts, Leah phased and the two of them were both werewolves. And they lived happily EVER EVER EVER after. And Leah was not at the bonfire becuase she wasn't a newbie who needed to learn the stories.
That's what I'd like to have happened.
However, if I were to extend this story, I would probably include the imprint and I'd keep the Cullens around for perhaps another year or two but without Edward and Bella thus triggering further phasing in the others and... we saw how that played out, yes?
