i like the way you've approached Renesmee here, as noted in the A/N. i think that's how i see her too, or how i imagine her. most other stories i've read with her have her basically dovetailing away from the foundation of a character that SM gave us in Breaking Dawn. i think alot of people overlook the fact that she's not just a teenage girl not only because she's special but also because she's grown up in the very confined and specific context of her family and their world. she's not all of a sudden going to be wanting a cell phone like every other 16-year-old girl because she's never needed one or had a desire for one. her environment was and is different so her behavior, as a byproduct, will be different.
long-winded. psych major. sorry. all that to say, that i appreciate your Renesmee thus far. she seems more plausible
