Everyone was perfectly in character, it felt like a real missing scene- I loved it!

Great idea! You did catch Bella's POV. This was very sweet and original.

Hmmm...the morning after scene?

Anyway, this wa a lot of fun, and you're absolutely right...now WAY would Alice NOT have given her a shower!  Wonder how SM missed that one?

Awww, that was cute. But I always like stories with more Edward in them. Maybe he should have tried to like, crash the party.

Author's Response:

And face the wrath of Alice?  No, he couldn't be there, but he shows up plenty in my other stories!

Lovley.  Very sweet.  :)

Great fic! I have just one critisism: Rosalie and Jess seem a bit too chipper. I always imagined the Cullens distancing themselves more from humans.

Author's Response: Thanks!  In my defense, l'll just say that (a) the Cullens hosted the graduation party in June (b) they were hosting the wedding in August (c) an event like a bridal shower usually has guests from various parts of the bride's life and they make an effort to get along.

Beautiful. I love the Edward/Bella scenes.

And I really love the idea, too! Of course Alice would do something like this XD

Love it =]

I enjoyed this sroty.  Sweet missing moment from the books.   Great job!

you borrowed it from the scene right after they got married. Was it Act III scent V?

Author's Response:

Yes, Act III, scene V.  Very good!  The dialogue about the lark and the nightengale.  I always loved that "won't you stay just a little bit longer" interaction.  It seemed to fit Edward and Bella.

"What light through yonder window breaks" comes earlier (Act II, scene II).

That was lovely!  I think you did a wonderful job with keeping everyone in character, especially Alice's bubbly personality.  She's such fun.

I also loved the fluffy scene between Edward and Bella at the beginning.  Very cute and very fun!  Although I must admit I'm not sure what Romeo and Juliet scene it's based on . . . was it when dawn was breaking and they had to say goodbye to each other?  ("what light through yonder window break"?)

Great story!

Author's Response: Yes, when dawn was breaking, and they had to say goodbye.  But the line you quote is from a different scene.
