Now that was awesome Edward is becoming quite the man,I know Bella loves him even if he did break her heart.They have something that you just can't ripe apart.!!!

Great chapter

I'm glad Bella told Charlie how she felt about everything. Christmas eve and day were so cute and sweet. Emmett is such a little, well not so little, chapter stealer lol

Both Edward and Bella have feelings and thoughts of taking their relationship for the long haul.  Neither one wants to give up the other.  They want to be together as a family. I still feel for Bella and her ankle and pending surgery.  Glad Mrs Newton was understanding and that Mike would be forced to take Bella's shifts. Spending time on Christmas Eve with Charlie and Christmas morning then Cullens Christmas afternoon and night.  Neither Bella nor Edward getting any sleep when apart only when they share Edward's bed even with Bella's pain medication.  I can't blame Bella for loving the scent of Aramis.  It's my favorite male cologne as well.  It was a very nice gesture of Edward giving Charlie and Rebecca a gift certificate for a dinner out.  Edward is taking on all responsibility for the twins cost as well as Bella's now.  Wanting to pay for her surgery.  Carlise suggesting would probably only have to pay what insurance doesn't cover.  A very nice move shows his feelings for Bella and his wanting to take care of her both physically and financially.  Carlisle is right Edward needs to admit his feelings and what his life goals and desires are for both Bella and the twins.  She will admit hers are the same.

Wow, see I shoulda been studying for my test tomorrow but I found this story this morning and couldn't really stop reading it. You've really done a great job at dramatizing the characters lol. The whole story is great and the emotion in it is astounding. Keep up the great work, can't wait for more!

That was just a wonderful chapter, just stock full of emotions, especially good ones.   So much love that it made me feel giddy.   I can't say enough good things.   I just didn't want the chapter to end.   How Edward cares so much for Bella, and for his twins, and how he is willing to face anything to keep them in his life.  He feels empty when they aren't around, and when they had to spend Christmas Eve apart, I felt sad for them both, and it appears they felt the same.    They are such a cute couple, and I can see how the entire family is bonding together, even stronger, when they are all together.   I was glad that Charlie asked the serious questions about Edward and Bella's relationship, so the conversation is now paramount in both Edward and Bella's mind.     Had to laugh when Emmett was distracting Bella with his story of his injury.   Reminded me of so many conversations that I've heard from my husband's brothers, or my brothers.   Boys will be boys.    When Bella came to the Cullens for Christmas, I felt so happy for Bella.   She was nervous, but she made it through it all.   I have to agree with Carlisle that Edward has changed so much in a year, and that Edward wants to help with Bella's surgery costs is so so sweet.   I love it all.      I can't wait for Edward to tell Bella how he feels, that he is lost without her, and can't lose her.   GAH!!  Can't wait for update!!!

I jut love your long reviews :) It will be interesting to see how bella takes Edward's admission and what she says about him paying for her surgery. still have a long road ahead for these two, but at least it's not as rocky.

Good Chapter.....

Edward and Bella seem to be moving in the right direction   They love one another but don't know what to do, how to fix their lives.   Charlie is more than ticked at Edward still, and I can understand why because if it was my daughter...damn...the boy would face some seroius questions for a while.   But it is so easy to see how hard Edward is trying.   He is going out of his way to let Bella rest...to give Bella her favorite tea, just because.....he cares.   I love this new Edward.   He wants to make Christmas special, and I for one, can't wait to see what he is giving her.  Hmmmm.   I hope it's special, just like Bella.   She is working so so hard.    Edward can see this.   How he rushed to her when she got hurt in the Christmas tree farm.   The little kiss in the car....perfect.   Maybe a bit shocking to Edward, but I absolutely loved it!!!    Edward was adamant that she should rest, but Bella wanted to get all of the things they needed to decorate.    His entire family is there after they get home, and I was so happy   Even Charlie is willing to help out with the kids.   Where these two go next...who knows.   Love your damn story!!

Aw, you're such a sweetheart. Next chapter is coming along and i'm excited for everyone to read it :)

In the long run the only person who has to see the changes and accept them in Edward is Bella.  Nothing her father or Alice says means anything and won't affect their relationship one bit.  Alice doesn't deserve an apology at this time.  Edward has already apologized to everybody about his horrible behavior. If Alice can't take a generic apology then it's really her problem as Bella has already mentioned to her.  the only one who deserved the apology for all the poor decisions and actions towards Bella over the last year and 1/2 was Edward.  He has gone above and beyond to apologize and attempt to improve towards her and the twins.  He has been giving her as much from him as he can especially after she told him what she expected of him in regards to the children. The man stayed up all night studying with Bella, took care of the twins, was supportive when she came home upset after her disagreement with her dad, and placed her in bed to sleep.  He handled the twins all day by himself with no help from her at all. Slipping on ice at Parker Farms buying a tree and Bella only thought it was sprained and continued to walk on it.  Only made it worse on the break. Families make things work when the chips are down.  Medical excuse can't be on her feet per her doctor, Mrs. Newton will have to understand.  Medical benefits should still apply.  It's a short term disability situation.  Federal Medical Leave of Absence.  Granted no salary, but her job is there.  Her medical benefits shouldn't be denied.  I'm sure it will work out she's probably still under Charlie's medical as well with the police force.  Edward carrying her everywhere and him making the initial call to Charlie about Bella falling.  also having his dad there to check on her.  Taking care of Bella was his first priority to get medical treatment and help as well as keep her dad informed.  Charlie's cold as ice heart towards Edward may melt after all.

the image of Edward holding a sleepy maddy in her pink blanket is so unbelievably precious, I almost can't stand it. :P

And maybe Edward taking care of Bella now will work in Edwards favor- in terms of Charlie.

Poor Bella. Loved the Christmas tree outing even if it ended with Bella hurting herself. Loved the kiss...so sweet. Edward acting as a Daddyward...swoon moment. Little Carla was adorable...hope she makes an appearance again with Alec :) Can't wait for the next chapter!
