I was very much enjoying the fun in the previous chapters, but this was good too! It was a very sweet chapter, and cool to remind us that this is just not merely messing around for Edward! Plus, I love your Charlie.

Author's Response: Edward is in it for the long haul. He wants Bella for forever and isn't afraid to share that. He thinks it would demean his relationship with Bella if he wasn't anything less than honest.
Thank you for the Charlie compliment. He isn't explored a lot in the books so I'm just taking what my dad would be feeling if I had dated a vampire...just kidding.

Poor Charlie. If feel so bad for him. Losing his baby girl two years after getting her back. I felt sorry for him when I read the books too.
The lemony goodness of the next chapter she clear up my sadness. Can't wait!
Author's Response: I know. Charlie never really got the chance to have any time with her. He doesn't know what to make of her on one hand but he isn't quite ready to lose her to another man. He realizes she is happy though and can't bear to take that away from her.

I'm picturing Emmett wearing a fly fishing hat (like Brad Pitt in A River Runs Through It). Don't know why, but that image popped into my head and now it's stuck!
I love this story! It makes me laugh so much and feel the need for a cold shower...or a good 3 hours alone in a room with Rob! (Wait, not or. I'll take the latter!)

Author's Response: :D Another new chapter is in the works now so keep an eye out! Poor Edward can't control himself around Bella and she has the same problem. She just thinks the books has some good ideas and she wants to be able to find them easily if the opportunity presents itself!

Bwahahahaha! FISHING. I am in love with that and what really struck me in this was Charlie's POV because I liked how he saw Bella. The whole comment about wondering if Dr. Cullen could help was hysterical. I felt like I was really watching a father take a completely inaccurate but completely realistic view on his teenage hormone crazy daughter.
Author's Response: I'm already worried about dealing with my daughter when she is a teenager. I hardly understand her now and I can't imagine being a single dad who hasn't been living with his daughter until now.
Poor Charlie has a long road ahead of him I fear and I'm not sure how much more he can take between these two.

Yes... Charlie and Edward fishing is going to be wonderful. There were no more E/B moments though, and that's a sad thing. We need to get through the fishing so that they can eventually continue to explore the guidebook.
