She should slap him for kissing her without asking, they slam the door in his face! He needs to call her and send her flowers everyday for a week then ask her out a real date some where public and make her his main focus and attention, while all this is going on he needs to tell Carlisle that he is falling her her and that he will have to resign from Cullen Inc. if something cant be worked out or arranged. While Bella refuses his flowers, gets the job with Esme and QUITS Cullen Inc, without some much as an email to Edward. Then he will need to track her down and really grovel, stating his love for her and ... well you can write the rest (LOL)

Oh dear...Carlisle needs a kick in the ass, but he does have a point about his policy, so many companies are like that because of law suits.   But for many people who are as busy as  Carlisle kept Edward in that job where else would he have met anyone to take to a benefit as a date?  In Edward defence, he obviously isn't used to dating, he was handling it well until Carlisle ripped him a new one.  I would have acted the same way Bella would have when Edward started acting cold and distant as I feed off body language, so she's not to blame at all I don't think, if she'd have stuck it out it would have gotten so much worse.  Leaving was the best thing to do, it gave notice to Edward that his behavior was totally unacceptable.   I'm glad he woke up. 

Really!!!  REALLY???  No!!  That was just mean, lol.   What a wonderful...sweet chapter, where they are getting ready to share some honest feelings with one another.   Damn that Carlisle!   Hope Bella can quit and go to work for Esme, and I have  feeling that Esme is a deep rooted romantic and she saw the emotions between the two of them, and now she'll help out.    Can't wait to hear more.    I know you said that things might be iffy for a while, but you have to know that you are one of our top favorite fan fictions.  Don't go for long....please!!  WE love it.   We are stuck in an embrace with Edward and don't know what will happen next.  We can hope, but we don't know.   Please write some lovely pages soon!

Ah, I've caught up and Wow, just wow.  It is as if Cinderbella is on the way to the ball.  I know it has been building but it feels like they are going to fall in love tonight, at least I hope so.  After tonight she'll be all like Peter?  Peter who?  I am so excited I can hardly stand it.

Oh dear!  You don't suppose Carlisle is suspicious do you?  Sooner or later it has to come to his attention and Edward's deviation in behavior, however miniscule, is bound to raise curiosity.  And a man like Carlisle would certainly have his ways. 

Bella and Edward.  Both want more can they find a way to have that though.  Rosalie had an excellent idea in that if Bella went to work elsewhere..... Just sayin.

Well that wasn't so bad.  Actually that was a pretty good make up without a kiss.  Bella has no filter, just like me, and I must say I feel a bond of sorts with her, however, I know nothing about computers.

Jasper was fun in this chapter.  And Seth!  He may be my favorite Seth ever.

My heart hurt for Edward from the moment I began this chapter.  My next "chant" was "I hope she makes chick potpie, I hope she make ....."  (Of course, we already expected her to show up with cake.)  When he realized she had plans to make the cpp, with the secret ingredient I might add, I swear I did the happy weepy dance right in my chair.  Well that and I may have sung a few bars of Happy Birthday to Edward too.  Loved how the chapter went from forlorn to joyous in a very short time.

Now about this fraternization policy.  Just how are you going to work around that?  If Jake catches wind of the budding relationship things could get very ugly and we do not want that.   Nope.  Not at all.

I have been away for awhile, real life and all.  How could I have forgotten just how much this story makes me smile and even guffaw in some moments.  Fun and excellent, fan fiction doesn't get much better than that.

I could've pictured Edward fitting Bella with the beautiful prada shoes ala cinderella, but Riley wasn't a bad substitute! Now, will there be a kiss at midnight?

Outstanding chapter, yet again!  love this so much.  can't wait for more!
