I've been readinf for a while, but I'm horrible at reviewing. I just wanted to let you both know that this is one of my favorite stories right now and I get really excited every time I see an update. Thanks for sharing with us!

so, i take it Edward has figured out what he's going to say, i hope the pearls are ok and make their way back to bella and I hope that Esme make all this MUCH MUCH easier by hiring bella!!!

well the morning after could have gone better, but knowing these two, it shouldn't surprise me. I was still hurt when he said that he needed to deal with Carlisle discussion before mine. but he always said work comes first so I guess thats why Bella didn't question it too much. obviously it would have been better if Bella had the job with Esme already so the no fratinization rule wasn't broken, but I really wonder what is going to happen to Edward in that office? and how will it affect his discussion with Bella later? grrrr, the wait is going to be agonizing! so if you cut the chapter where you did, then do you already have more written that will result in a quick update? Oh good! I was afraid Edward was going to be a complete prat.  But I thought he handled the morning surprisingly well.  Maybe not by everyone's standards, but for this Edward Masen, he was pretty good.

I am glad he made plans to discuss things with Bella later.  And the passionate French toast burning kiss was very hot.  Just hoping the conversation with Carlisle goes well.  And I have a nagging feeling something is going to happen to Bella's pearls.

You know...this story just blows my mind.   I love how lost, uninformed Edward is finally starting to get it together in the dating world.     Their morning after, LOL...priceless.   Again...so much angst because they can't read each other's minds.   They are both very much in love...but can't seem to get it together completely.   Edward isn't sure what a relationship is, and needs a time maching to figure out what the future holds.   He needs to ask Bella to be his "girlfriend" first.    Bella...well she's confused too...but she's also afraid of becoming the girl who is so wrapped up in her man that she forgets who she is, and becomes something other than what she is can be comfortable with in life.    They seemed to get it togther better during ALMOST breakfast.   I loved how Edward got SOOO possessive over Bella...exhibiting his inner love....and told her that she "won't be seeing him"....and then kissed her.  SWOON!   Loved this Edward.   I'm so glad he has her pearls.     I'm sure Edward is going to get an earful from Carlisle, and since Edward has an ambition to control Cullen, Inc., he may have to endure some problems, but I hope it doesn't cause him to lose Bella.   Love it all!   I get excited when I see your banner up at updated.   Can't wait for more.

Oooooooooooooooooo, exciting!

Poor Edward! I hope Carlisle doesn't put the kibosh on the bergeoning relationship - or if he tries that Edward will tell him to take a long run off a short pier. Maybe Esme will talk some sense into him.

i just love the awkwardness of these two, and glad to see Bella is trying hard to maintain the fact that she won't be that door mat. 

It's hard, with Edward there, i am sure. 

But i suppose this conversation with Carlisle will be a foundation for how the two of them are going to proceed. 

yes, I will spend the next two weeks fantasizing about Edward telling Carlisle he quits when Carlisle gives him the ultimatum- Bella or the job...

Poor Mr. Masen...definitely in over his head.  I hope she doesn't throw him a life preserver...he needs to struggle a little after how he treated her at the gala...though, I do admire his apology technique!

wow, um, wow, oh OMFG!
at first i thought it was a dream sequence and then i was going to cry, but then my lovely awkward Edward kicked in and now way in hell could this have been the idealistic way that either of is saw the evening

there is just something about the way that these two interact with each other and react to situations and people surrounding them that make them so amazingly enduring
Jasper may have been looked on as the guy without a clue but ends up being the only one who can truly see what is happening. Esme is so going to put Carlisle in his place (I just know that you wont let us down in that department) and please tell me that we get the day after recap with Bella and Rose- that is going to be Epic!

as for Edward, so help me, if he freaks and starts to over think all of this, and makes her feel unworthy or awkward about this night, there is going to be an angry mob with pitchforks and torches, let me yours truly
just kidding, i just love to use visuals when i cant get my thought down into words that really capture the emotion that i feel :)
