That was....devastating. I feel i just got dumped. Please let someone knock some sense into Edward. I am dying for the next chapter!

I know how Edward treated Bella wasn't right, however, I don't think she is being very fair to him either.  She knows his job is very demanding and she knew from the other night how Carlisle could be.  He tried talking to her, but she was so angry that she wouldn't let him talk  and he tried to explain his situation to her but she wouldn't listen.  i can also understand her frustration too.

I'm very courious to see what happens next for the two of them.

PS-I liked how Jacob appologized to her too....that was sweet.

well im excited to see whta happens next when he finds out she no longer works for the company and i hope she sends the gift back and tells him to fuck off! 

Hmm, I think Bella is being pretty unfair. Lots of people have work obligations, not just bigwigs. Now that she is working in a kitchen she may find she gets called in to cover when they are short-staffed, and she may have to cancel, breaking promises of her own.

sigh.... the wait will be torture, but I'll endure, because I know you'll make this right...right?

oh I am mad at both of them. mad at Edward for putting his job so far ahead of anything, including himself. he needs love and affection too, and not just when it is convenient. 

and Bella, i love that she put her foot down. but she needed to do it much earlier. as a friend first. she knows he is no good with relationships, and as they grew closer she really needed to tell him her time was important, like at the baseball game. sigh.... now she just looks bitchy. which she should be, not going to blame her for that....

so glad that she has found her place in the restaurant. but perhaps she will see as they get busy that work does play an important role in life (not the all encompassing one that Edward seems to live in) but she did ignore him on his phone call... at some point she will have to cancel for something important too. 

Relationships are a give and take, hard to work around, and requiire both parties to sacrifice and give equally...

sigh... looking forward to the next update. i can't tell you how much i love this story. It's my drop and run to read story right now.

I want to shake Bella and Edward both until they see reason. The mouth-breather for once being nice is the highlight of this chapter. You should make Jasper take on Edward as a project to teach him some humn-interaction-skills and maybe Esme instead of Rose give Bella pointers about making a relationship with a workaholic work.

waaaah! Yes, she is doing the right thing for herself, but it's still sad... :(

I am loving the story!!!! hey Jake turned out to be a nice guy and wow, she really owes him one for taking care of the email situation... that would have been bad for both of them, but esp. Edward!!!  I'm kind of wondering why Carlisle thinks this Edward is good to run his company - if he can't even pick up on basic social cues..... hmmmmm.....

Edward should learn that you don't live to work. You work so you can live. I think it's about time Esme tore both Carlisle and Edward off a strip.
