I finally took a peek at your thread for this story, which I had avoided because I dislike your Jasper so much and had been having issues off and on with your Bella for a while and didn't want to just come on your board and upset you, and I read that you are thinking that Jasper is actually a really good guy. I hope that's it's okay if I don't agree with you on that? ; )
I also saw that you based his character on all of those ff a-hole Edwards out there that a lot of women seem to love? Ha! I don't read/like those Edwards either. : ) I'm glad that you pointed out that "Edward" stereotype out on the thread. heehee
I am liking Alice a bit better (keeping Bella's secrects safe--whoot!) even if she's annoying a lot of the time. I can tell she is honestly trying, at least. I didn't believe it before.
I'm glad that Bella and Edward finally had it out about Jasper. They both needed that. If I had been Edward (finding the picture beside the bed) I would have been upset as well. That was pretty bad. Bella just doesn't GET a lot of stuff that you think she would. But I love the other strides that she's made (realizing that she's over Jerksper, THANK GOD!) and that she wants to be with Edward. She's not the sniveling, patheitc puppy she was in the beginning of the story, so that is a total WIN. I like her so much more than I did!
I thought the way that Jerksper acted when he found out that Bella was dating Edward was horrible. Even if I liked the guy, I would have thought it horrible and inappropriately handled. He's changed but Edward couldn't possibly have matured? And -of course- a public dinner is the best time to try and make him look the fool? Bitch, please! You are an asshole.
There was so much that happened in this chapter, wow! So much brought up and worked through. I loved it, I really, really did. Thanks for sharing it and working so hard for your readers around this busy time of year.

Hmm, all I'm going to say for now is that I'm not falling for the whole 'he's dating a few chicks at the same time'. All he did before, what we read in him before, would be for nothing, then, and I don't think you'd ruin your own story like that.
The guy can have friends from before over there, too, for crying out loud.
The chick he supposedly spent time with, when was that? Christmas-New Year? Wouldn't he be with his mother then?
I guess Jasper doesn't know about his mother dying?

Aww - I feel so sorry for Edward, now.
I'm not surprised Edward doesn't like Jasper. He only thought about how good it was for his bussiness and to please his father when he looked at Edward's collection. He might come off charming, but towards Bella he was acting inconsiderate on more than one occasion. I'm so happy Bella stood her ground and denied his wish for her to come work on Sunday.

Why can't Alice just move in with Jasper?
While I think Edward was reacting a bit over-sensitive to Bella's offer to pay I can't see him hiding out with some other woman and stand Bella up. There must be a good explanation for his disappearance, I'm curious about the girly drink, though.

Why didn't Bella just let Jasper know that Alice broke into the office again and was hiding underneath the table after messing with office-documents? He wants her to meet his parents, better to know of her more unorthodox methods.
I just knew Bella would try to buy the cigar-box! I'm glad Edward opened up to her, too. Building the bird-house was so nice and stocking up on wine, Edward is so considerate.

Providing a personal shopper - not that Alice doesn't need one - and not showing up in time to his office party, seems Alice is rubbing off on Jasper already. I'm glad Edward showed up, albeit late. Both he and Bella took a leap out of their comfort-zone to be together, she by inviting him and he by coming to the formal event. Rose is a really good friend to Bella, she has her best interest at heart and doesn't push too hard.

Alice's excuses are kind of lame. It's all about her - again, Bella gets steamrollered and guilted into doing what she doesn't want. I'm glad Bella sees the need to move on ond wants to give Edward a shot.

Wow, there is flighty and there is ... Alice. How could she fly home knowing Bella would need her passport and money? I don't like the way she keeps pushing into Bella's life, what a selfish person. Jasper obviously doesn't know or care that he is hurting Bella's feelings, too.
Edward's really sweet, bringing her favourite cake, listening to her, not judging her story or drunken behaviour.

So now we know where Edward was.... Whats the deal with the drink?!?!?!?!
Cant wait to read the next update... hopefully soon?!

Now Emmett is on my shit-list, too, for cockblocking. From Bella's thoughts I gather that she, too, changed since college. Don't know what to make of Alice, yet, I'm not sure I believe she's just out to win Bella's friendship back.
What a lot os skeletons in as many coffins!

Yes! I'm glad Edward had the guts to kiss her. If Jasper's really heartbroken now I can't feel sorry for him, he brought it on himself. Still don't get his agenda and still don't like him embarrassing Edward again.
Reviewer: mysticfighter (Signed) · Date: December 11, 2010 10:38 AM · On: He Embarrassed Me
After all her hero-worship for Jasper Bella unleashes all her frustration on Edward? Jasper's been embarrassing Edward when they first met with his supposed after-sex-nickname, he tells Bella to look out for a woman so that Edward can get laid and she is angered by Edward because she assumes he's flirting with the waitress?
Reviewer: mysticfighter (Signed) · Date: December 11, 2010 10:18 AM · On: He Barely Spoke to Me
I like Jasper less with each chapter. He's jealous of other men having her on a date wearing a hot outfit, he feels her up then escapes to the bathroom, probably to jack off. Is he keeping Bella at arm's length because his family doesn't think she's an appropriate match? He's messing with her head and heart.
I thought the carnations were for Rose for a change because of the message, I can tptally see Emmett sending it - LOL.

The whole date was AWKWARD. Rose is right, Jasper has Bella at his beck and call. What is it Jasper has to be rescued from? Her knew she was on a date.
Reviewer: mysticfighter (Signed) · Date: December 11, 2010 09:34 AM · On: He Apologized to Me
I'm not all that sorry for Bella. Nobody asked Rose's opinion, either. Can't figure out Jasper's intentions regarding Bella and it looks like he and Edward changed a lot since college.
Reviewer: mysticfighter (Signed) · Date: December 11, 2010 09:13 AM · On: He Disliked Me
The first chapter hadn't given me the impression that there were feelings on Jasper's side. Why did he break up with Bella? They're both somewhat in limbo with their relationship. It appears Bella is a little snob, what would she wear for painting? And - more important - what happened with Edward's family?

Well, I'm alive, so.... look forward to finding out where you are going to take this. Seems like Bella lives in her own dream-world, here.

Awww, this was a sweet chapter... loved it. But I still want to know who the vodka cruiser belonged to... and why did he furrow after her statement of dating one person at a time... ?? Aside from possible doubts that Bella might still have feelings for Jasper, which she doesn't anymore, it seems like.

Okay first of all...love the story. Just discovered it today, read it all the way through...well almost...I'll be reading the next chapter after I'm done leaving you a review.
Secondly, yes I was sort of stood up on a date. There was a guy in my drama class who I thought was cute. So i put an "I Saw You" ad in the paper to him. Well, he saw it, asked me out and we made plans. The night we are scheduled to meet at a bar, he texts me an hour before and tells me "Sorry, something came up with my ex. Can't make it." So I decided fuck him, I'm going out anyway. So then, half an hour later, he texts me again, this time he sends "Hey change of plans. I'm headed here, want to meet me?" So I stupidly agree because I'm already dressed up anyway and who wastes a killer outfit. So I go to meet him and as I'm pulling into the parking lot he texts me "Cool, I'm meeting a buddy of mine here." So now...he's invited his friend along on what I thought was going to be a date. I sit between them and awkwardly carry on stupid conversations about all their glory days in high school. He then proceeds to gay bash (even tho his mom is a lesbian) and talk about his ex girlfriend all night. Then drinks my beer without asking. Needless to say, I hauled ass out of there. As if that wasn't bad enough though, he then proceeds to ask me if we can compare answers on our test for class. I agree, so he takes my test. I find him half an hour later, sitting outside of our class, trading my mulitple choice answers for some other guys discussion questions. When I approach him and ask him if that was the only reason he asked me out on that awful date, was to chear off me he says, "Well, it wasn't really a date and I thought you were my friend?" To which I responded, "You have to be a friend to have a friend, and you are being a mooch and a user. Two qualities I don't like in friendships." He knew better than to talk to me ever again and I'm pretty sure he failed all of his classes.
As for this Edward, I'm sure there's a reason he's not there. Although I do think the waitress has something to do with it, I don't think it's like "OMG, he's totally fucking around without telling Bella!" type of shit. I'm excited to read the next chapter and am anticipating Tuesday's update.

ooooooohhhhhh, so freaking good! The ' I saw you boobs' this is hilarious cause you know Edward would so pull his eyes out before actually looking at Bella intimatly without her permission. Lovin' the story still!

Not so happy with Bells right now. She should have just called and asked what was wrong. She hung poor Edward out to dry...hope she seriously puts some effort into an apology for him. Still good though :)

I so hope the friend is Emmett! Story is still amazing!
