You aren't kidding! Jasper's and Alice's gifts are quite intricate, aren't they!? I see Jackson Rathbone and Ashley Greene throughout this story; and, I simultaneously see Young Kim's drawings too as Jasper and Alice make love! It's that way for me for all the Twilight Saga characters when I reread her books and experience the writers' stories on twilighted.net ----flesh and drawings! Your story just happened to be the first sensual/sexual Alice and Jasper one I've read and it didn't disappoint me in the least! Congratulations! I smelled their scents, the green forest, the ever-moist earth and I heard the animals! I always loved that SM gave every character a different, unmistakable scent on skin and in hair; it really helps a reader recognize the unique charm of each character, don't you think? Thanks for a rapturous thrill!

If this is your first time when writing a Jasper/Alice fic then wow, this was really damn good! I think you did a good way of explaining the connection they had, and I particularly enjoyed how it was in third person, so you could see it from both their perspectives. It made me smile when I saw that Jasper knew she was there, and how she didn't need to say anything, just letting her presence there be enough for him.

*sighs* I love the Jalice love. Seriously, it makes me happy :) I did smile at the light hearted bit at the end where they noticed they had left a imprint on the ground! That makes me think 'RAWR, HOT JALICE SEX' *laughs*

Great one-shot. Can I add it to my Eternal Hope series for J/A stories?

Thankyou very much - this was a lovely review. I didn't want to overstate Jasper's abilities, as I think that's commonly done in fic, so I'm glad you think it worked. Writing in third person present tense was something of an experiment for me, but I think it played out quite nicely for their characters.

 

I love these two and it was really nice to explore the complexities of their intense relationship. I'm glad you enjoyed the Jalice love too, it seemed like quite a believable thing that she might do to distract him.
